Managing Director–Wealth Management
Scott Ventoza is a Managing Director at UBS Wealth Management and as the senior portfolio manager and lead wealth advisor drives the team's investment philosophy and strategy. Scott joined UBS in 2009 after 15 years with Merrill Lynch. His prior experience includes time as a senior credit analyst and sales and operations manager. Scott earned a BBS from the University of Washington, with a concentration in business administration and finance. He also holds two advanced degrees from the University of Phoenix; an MBA with an emphasis in financial planning, and a Masters in Technology Management. Scott is a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®), an accreditation from the Wharton School, and a Certified Financial Manager (CFM), a designation from the College for Financial Planning. Scott lives in Seattle with his wife and son, where he remains an active coach and mentor with UW Foster School of Business and spends time with several nonprofit organizations including the Fulcrum Capital Campaign and the Archbishop Capital Campaign. He is also an avid cyclist and a USAT tri-athlete.
