Eric Thompson graduated from the College of William and Mary in 1980 with a degree in Economics and began his career as a Financial Advisor with Legg Mason. In 1991, he was recruited to Kidder Peabody as the Area Manager. During his tenure Eric developed and implemented an initiative for managing client assets in a consultative model. After Kidder was acquired by PaineWebber, Eric returned to caring for clients as a Financial Advisor. Since 1994 he has been working with Nora managing assets for corporations, endowments, foundations, pensions and high net worth individuals. He is a Corporate Vice President and a certified portfolio manager. In 2009 he earned the additional designation of Wealth Advisor.
Eric has been married to Janet for 31 years and is the proud father of three sons. He has been active in the community serving on the boards of the Virginia Arts Festival, Business Consortium for the Arts, Rotary Club, Jackson-Field Homes, Summit Christian Academy, Smithfield Educational Foundation, Boy Scouts of America and his local church. He has lead youth group missions to Haiti for the past few years.

Marc Cimmino graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in Finance and minors in Global Business and Economics. He began his investment career as a Broker with Charles Schwab in 2011. Over the next 3 years he worked his way through the Chartered Financial Analyst educational requirements to gain the expertise needed for investment analysis and portfolio management. In 2014 he was promoted to be a part of Schwab's wealth management team called Schwab Private Client. As a portfolio consultant on this team he helped his clients grow, protect, and use their assets in the most tax efficient way possible. Marc took primary responsibility for designing and managing his client's portfolios with individual securities, options, mutual funds, ETFs and separately managed accounts. He worked closely with his team of CPAs, CFPs, and attorneys, among other specialists, to deliver comprehensive wealth management to his clients. In 2018 he joined a seasoned team of advisors in UBS's Norfolk, Virginia office to take his skills to the next level.
Marc and his wife Marlana are excited to be back on the east coast with their families. Marc is an avid cyclist and participates in ultra-endurance mountain bike races. Marlana enjoys yoga, hiking, and most of all, Boston terriers.
