    Scott has been with UBS for over sixteen years, starting as an intern while in college. After graduating from Northwood University in 2008, Scott was hired into the Associate Program. During his time as an associate, Scott was selected to work in the Regional Consulting Center where he worked alongside The Firm's top consultants in banking, financial planning and alternative investments.

    In 2016 he attained the UBS Wealth Advisor certification, a comprehensive process at UBS to help advise high net worth individuals, business owners and families focused on generational wealth preservation. Scott also holds the Certified Private Wealth Advisor® (CPWA®) designation, administered by Investments & Wealth Institute® formerly IMCA.

    He currently serves as the Finance Chair for Don't Ever Give Up for the V Foundation for Cancer Research as well as sitting on the Board of Directors for Catholic Charities Community Services of Arizona.

        Adam joined UBS in 2018 as a Wealth Strategy Associate and supports the team’s investment management and financial planning process. He focuses on portfolio construction, asset allocation, and manager selection. Adam also works closely with Scott to develop custom financial plans and solutions for clients. Prior to UBS, he was an analyst in J.P. Morgan’s Private Bank.

        Adam earned a BBA in economics from the University of Oklahoma and holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) designation from the Investments & Wealth Institute® in conjunction with the Yale School of Management. 

        Outside the office, Adam enjoys spending time with his wife and children, reading, and traveling.

              Sommer joined UBS in 2012. She earned her B.A. in Design Management upon graduating from Arizona State University. Sommer currently holds the Series 7 and 66 securities licenses. Her areas of focus include operations, client service, and investment management.

              Sommer spent three years in the San Francisco Bay Area working in UBS's Private Wealth Management division where she gained extensive knowledge in advanced planning, trading, and ultra high net worth client servicing. In January 2018, Sommer re-joined UBS Scottsdale's team.

              Sommer lives in Phoenix with her husband and two young sons. In her free time she also enjoys traveling and cooking for her large extended family.

                    Susie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance Magna Cum Laude from Arizona State University in 1997. She began her career as a Consulting Group Analyst with Smith Barney in Phoenix, AZ and Menlo Park, CA focusing on portfolio construction, investment manager research, and performance attribution reporting. She then transferred overseas to join Citigroup Asset Management based in Hong Kong strengthening relationships with Asia's ultra-high net worth business owners and families. The she became Director of Marketing & Communications for HSBC Private Bank further building the brand across Asia.

                    After over a decade abroad and meeting her husband in Toyko, Japan, she returned to her native Scottsdale, AZ in 2011 to continue her financial services career. She enjoys cheering on local Valley sports teams, volunteering at pet shelters and long family walks with their two dogs.
