Ron believes in a comprehensive wealth management approach when working with high net-worth individuals and their families, focusing first on their goals, investment history and risk tolerance in creating a plan for progressing towards their long-term objectives.

Ron graduated from Michigan State University where he was a goalie on the Spartan's hockey team.  He earned a degree in Accounting & Finance and was twice named All-American as a player and twice earned Academic All-American honors.  He then played in the National Hockey League for eight years, first with the New York Rangers and later the Los Angeles Kings.

He began his career in the financial services industry in 1991 with PaineWebber.  After transferring to Key Bank and McDonald Investments he moved his business to UBS in 2007.

Ron and his wife Bonnie live in Baldwinsville where they raised their three children.  They spend summers at their home on Skanteateles Lake.  Ron enjoys golf and boating activities.  He is also an assistant coach for a local high school hockey team.

Nancy holds the designation of Certified Wealth Strategist and has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry.  Much of that time was spent working in a bank trust department.  This has given Nancy a unique perspective in which she focuses on the client relationship first.  Bringing an understanding of trusts and estates along with knowledge of banking services Nancy helps clients navigate the often confusing world of financial and investment planning.  She has been with UBS since 2011.

Nancy is a board member of the Onondaga Historical Association, a member of the Advisory Board for Hope for  Bereaved and a past board member of Community General Hospital.

Nancy attended Syracuse University and earned a degree in Finance and Banking from the University of Hartford.  She resides with her husband Bob on Onondaga Hill where they raised their three children.  She enjoys golf, skiing and summer days at their home on Skaneateles Lake.

Mike joined the team in 2014, focusing his efforts on financial planning and customer service.  Mike brings his perspective from helping families for over 24 years and works to enhance the team's relationships with its clients as a true strategic partner.  He coordinates closely with professionals across the firm to develop the full breadth and depth of UBS's Investment and risk management expertise to ensure that clients receive the solutions and insights needed to achieve their objectives.  In all his work Mike strives to build trust, to be proactive and to deliver great service.

He holds an B.A. from the State University of New York and a Master's degree from the University of Iowa.  With his wife Janet he lives in Fayetteville where the couple raised their two children.  He has served as a trustee of the Fayetteville Free Library and is a former president of the Fayetteville Recreation Committee.

Ashley Perogino began her career with UBS in 2015 and joined SCM Wealth Management in 2016. She is the point of contact for our clients and is responsible for account maintenance, servicing, operations, group scheduling and marketing-related tasks. She enjoys building relationships with our clients and is dedicated to meeting their needs. Ashley holds a B.A. from SUNY College at Buffalo and resides in Syracuse with her son Julius. She enjoys traveling, live music and watching hockey with her son.
