    Rob has been in the financial services industry for over 30 years and serves as a Senior Vice President – Wealth Management based in the Wellesley, MA office. Rob provides personalized customer service centered around what matters most to clients. His expertise includes retirement income planning, estate planning, portfolio management, and lending, among others.

    Prior to joining UBS in 2009, Rob was a financial advisor at Smith Barney. He has qualified for UBS’ Directors Council twice.

    Rob lives in Wellesley, MA with his wife Patricia and daughter Sara. In his free time he enjoys mountain biking, skiing, and hiking with family. Rob volunteers as a Wellesley youth basketball coach.

        Thaddeus Niemiec joined Salamy Wealth Management in 2022 and serves as the team's Client Service Associate. He graduated from Ryan School of Business at Providence College in Providence, Rhode Island, earning a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management with a core focus in Chinese. 

        As the team's Client Service Associate, Thad's focus lies in simplifying the lives of clients using his resourcefulness and superior problem-solving skills. He strives to help clients recognize the full value of UBS's resources and finds great reward in strengthening relationships. Thad also holds his series 7 and series 66 securities licenses.

        Thad currently resides in Framingham, Massachusetts. He has a passion for cooking, hiking, fishing, and traveling abroad.
