        Ryan Balon has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. During his tenure he has been dedicated to serving the financial needs of a select number of wealthy individuals and families. His main goal is to provide each client with a sophisticated - yet easy to understand - financial planning and investment management solution.

        He believes comprehensive financial planning is the most important first step towards achieving his client's long-term goals. His financial planning process starts with the objective of creating a plan to organize and monetize each client's investments and define their future goals. To ensure his client’s assets are properly managed according to the plan, he accesses the most talented and prestigious global money managers to invest their assets in a risk-appropriate manner.

        As the steward of his client’s financial health, Ryan seeks to help his clients feel confident and secure in their future and have the freedom to live their lives in the manner they see fit - without worrying about the daily management of their finances.

        Ryan graduated with Suffolk University’s Class of 2003 holding a major in business and a minor in marketing. He enjoys life at his home in Cumberland, RI with his wife Ashley, his daughter Mackenna, and 2 beautiful pets: an English pointer named Booker and an Irish setter named Stella. When he is not working he engages in his favorite sport, tennis, and loves to travel with his family.

            Thaddeus Niemiec joined Salamy Balon Wealth Management in 2022 and serves as the team's Client Service Associate. He graduated from Ryan School of Business at Providence College in Providence, Rhode Island, earning a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management with a core focus in Chinese. 

            As the team's Client Service Associate, Thad's focus lies in simplifying the lives of clients using his resourcefulness and superior problem-solving skills. He strives to help clients recognize the full value of UBS's resources and finds great reward in strengthening relationships. Thad also holds his series 7 and series 66 securities licenses, as well as his Life, Accident & Health Insurance license. 

            Thad currently resides in Framingham, Massachusetts. He has a passion for cooking, hiking, fishing, and traveling abroad.
