Experience

Richard is a Senior Vice President-Wealth Management in the Northfield, NJ office, with over 45 years of experience in the field of financial services.  Richard joined UBS Financial Services in 2008 and was previously a Vice President and Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch from 1995 until 2008.  Richard started his career on the accounting staff at Price Waterhouse & Co. and several years later became a founding partner of Bernstein, Cohen et al, Certified Public Accountants, where he was responsible for the firm's tax practice. He is a member as well as past president of the New Jersey Society of CPA's, Atlantic-Cape May Chapter and is a member of the American Institute of CPA's.

Richard earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the George Washington University, majoring in accounting and an M.B.A from the New York University Stern School of Business with specializations in both quantitative finance and finance. As a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Richard's emphasis is on his client's comprehensive financial needs and integrates investment strategy with appropriate risk tolerance, tax efficiency and both short term and long term goals. Richard's background is uniquely suited to coordinate financial planning and implementation with his clients' advisory team and works closely with tax advisors, attorneys and pension consultants.

Richard's community involvement has included positions as past president and chairman of the board of Seashore Gardens Living Center, a 185 bed, 200 employee non-profit nursing and assisted living facility located in Galloway Township, NJ where he remains on the board of directors. He is currently president of Seashore Gardens Foundation.  He also serves on the Philadelphia Regional Board of the Anti-Defamation League.

Richard's interests include boating, skiing, golf and martial arts in which he holds a 3rd degree black belt in Hapkido as well as a black belt in Tae Kwon Do. 

Alexander Clark brings over two decades of experience in the financial services industry, helping individuals, families, and businesses achieve their financial goals with clarity and confidence. He began his career in 2004 after earning both a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management and an MBA from Monmouth University.

In 2008, Alex transitioned from Merrill Lynch to UBS, where he continues to provide personalized wealth management strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs and long-term vision. His commitment to excellence and integrity has earned him the trust of clients across generations.

Beyond his professional role, Alex is deeply involved in his local community. He is a member of the St. Augustine Prep Alumni Association, President of Absecon Social and Athletic Club, and supports several local charities with both time and resources.

When he’s not advising clients or serving the community, Alex enjoys spending time with his wife, Julie, and their three children—Alexander, Trevor, and Mia. The family resides in Absecon with their three dogs and frequently fosters animals in need. An avid golfer, Alex is also a proud member of Galloway National Golf Club.

With a passion for service, a dedication to family, and a focus on long-term client success, Alex continues to make a meaningful impact both professionally and personally.

Jennifer Wildman has been working in the financial services industry since 1992 and possesses a varied and vast skill set.  Jenn is the "multi tool" of Sage Wealth Management Group.  As such, she has moved into the role of Team Administrator.  She is the team's relationship manager and takes pride in being an advocate for the client.  Jenn has a holistic view of the complex needs of each relationship and works alongside the client, as well as their legal and tax professionals, for a robust team approach to both planning and service.  

Jennifer lives in Linwood, NJ and enjoys entertaining, traveling and spending quality time outdoors with her husband Chris and their two sons, Zack and Steven. 

Holly Hull, Senior Client Service Associate, is a new member of our service team, who helps provide clients with a positive and professional approach to their overall experience.  Holly has decades of experience in our industry and is always happy to assist with all service needs of our clients. 

Holly lives in Galloway, NJ and enjoys spending time with family and friends at the beach. 

Jackie Quilter, Client Service Associate, has been a critical part of our service team for over 20 years and helps provide our clients with a high level of personalized, quality service and attention.

Jackie enjoys entertaining, travel and spending time with her grandson Mason.
