Steve is a Senior Vice President - Wealth Management at UBS and began his carreer as a Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch in 1996 and has been with UBS Financial Services, Inc since December 2008.   He holds a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNING ™ certificate, a designation awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc., which is the recognized standard of excellence for competent and ethical personal financial planning.  He attained his undergraduate degree from The College of N.J. in Business Administration.  There he enjoyed four successful seasons playing quarterback culminating in the college's first ever NCAA Div. III football playoff appearance.   

As the team's facilitator of investment management, Steve oversees strategic and tactical allocation strategies through institutional asset management as well as providing customized client portfolios.  He believes that goal based financial planning helps drive the allocation process and places the client in the best position to achieve their desired outcome.  Working towards these goals and building relationships with clients is the most rewarding and motivating aspect of his financial counseling experience.

Steve enjoys spending time with his family; wife Jeannine and children Steven, Amanda and Madilyn in Hammonton, NJ. He is involved in his community, volunteering in youth sports programs and various advisory boards.  Steve is an avid golfer and general sports/outdoor enthusiast.  

He is FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65 licensed.

Richard is a Senior Vice President-Wealth Management in the Northfield, NJ office, with over 45 years of experience in the field of financial services.  Richard joined UBS Financial Services in 2008 and was previously a Vice President and Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch from 1995 until 2008.  Richard started his career on the accounting staff at Price Waterhouse & Co. and several years later became a founding partner of Bernstein, Cohen et al, Certified Public Accountants, where he was responsible for the firm's tax practice. He is a member as well as past president of the New Jersey Society of CPA's, Atlantic-Cape May Chapter and is a member of the American Institute of CPA's.

Richard earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the George Washington University, majoring in accounting and an M.B.A from the New York University Stern School of Business with specializations in both quantitative finance and finance. As a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Richard's emphasis is on his client's comprehensive financial needs and integrates investment strategy with appropriate risk tolerance, tax efficiency and both short term and long term goals. Richard's background is uniquely suited to coordinate financial planning and implementation with his clients' advisory team and works closely with tax advisors, attorneys and pension consultants.

Richard's community involvement has included positions as past president and chairman of the board of Seashore Gardens Living Center, a 185 bed, 200 employee non-profit nursing and assisted living facility located in Galloway Township, NJ where he remains on the board of directors. He is currently president of Seashore Gardens Foundation.  He also serves on the Philadelphia Regional Board of the Anti-Defamation League.

Richard's interests include boating, skiing, golf and martial arts in which he holds a 3rd degree black belt in Hapkido as well as a black belt in Tae Kwon Do.

Alex began his professional career as a Financial Advisor in 2004 after graduating from Monmouth University with a B. S. in Finance and Management as well as his Masters in Business Administration. In December 2008 Alex also transitioned from Merrill Lynch to UBS Financial. He is a member of the Atlantic City Chamber of Commerce, St. Augustine Prep Alumni, Absecon Rotary Chapter, and he is involved with several local charities. Alex is a member of Hidden Creek Country Club, where he enjoys playing golf. Alex, his wife Julie and their three children reside in Absecon, NJ.

Jennifer Wildman has been working in the financial services industry since 1992 and possesses a varied and vast skill set.  Jenn is the "multi tool" of Sage Wealth Management Group.  As such, she has moved into the role of Team Administrator.  She is the team's relationship manager and takes pride in being an advocate for the client.  Jenn has a holistic view of the complex needs of each relationship and works alongside the client, as well as their legal and tax professionals, for a robust team approach to both planning and service.  

Jennifer lives in Linwood, NJ and enjoys entertaining, traveling and spending quality time outdoors with her husband Chris and their two sons, Zack and Steven.
