      David joined UBS in 2023, coming from Merrill Lynch Wealth Management, where he started in 2004.  In addition to overseeing performance, he provides personalized guidance and periodic reviews of each client’s progress towards reaching their individual goals. By understanding the specific needs of each client, he offers guidance on asset allocation, retirement and college planning, insurance, liability management, and alternative investments. In addition to providing traditional advice and guidance, can help clients pursue their objectives by building and managing his own personalized or defined strategies, which may incorporate individual stocks and bonds, firm model portfolios, and third-party investment strategies. David graduated in 2002 from Central Connecticut State University with a BS in Finance. He lives in Burlington, Connecticut with his wife and two children.

              Sean entered the financial services industry in 2012 with U.S. Trust (now known as Bank of America Private Bank) and joined the KSS Group at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management in December of 2014. Sean and his team then transitioned to UBS in 2023. He brings a background encompassing multiple facets of wealth planning including trust and estate planning services, investment and retirement planning, and liquidity planning to his team, The Sacharko/Siana Group.

               

              He focuses on clients’ goals and concerns, offering the goals-based wealth management process, global resources and up-to-the-moment Web technology that complement his ability to help clients pursue the financial lifestyle that is most meaningful to them. He is dedicated to thoroughly understanding each client's priorities, providing them with personalized attention and customized strategies.

               

              He assists affluent and high-net worth individuals and families identify and prioritize their various goals—including estate planning services, investments, tax minimization strategies, wealth transfer and retirement income—then commits to crafting customized strategies appropriate to their personal circumstances and their own unique feelings and attitudes.

               

              Sean holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification, was graduated from Bryant University with a BSBA in Management, and Florida Institute of Technology with an MBA in Management. He is an active participant in his community, volunteering with the Fidelco Guide Dog Foundation and is a member of the Connecticut Guitar Society who performs with their guitar ensemble.
