Financial Advisor
Rusty Cappelen is a financial advisor at UBS where he works on the Riomar Wealth Management Group with his father, also, Rusty Cappelen and their associate Diane Nelson.
Prior to joining UBS, Rusty owned a handful of small businesses and worked with a venture capital fund, which provided him with a great understanding of what business owners needs are when he is providing financial advice. Rusty and his team bring a holistic approach to financial advising, which encompasses investment planning, retirement planning and estate planning.
Rusty also spent the better part of 12 years working in real estate - from residential and commercial sales to leasing large national anchored shopping centers, as well as running a development company.
Rusty studied Philosophy and Commerce at the University of Central Florida and obtained his Associates of Arts degree from Indian River State College.
