Jim understands it is vital to put his clients first. With over three decades of industry experience, Jim has developed the knowledge and tools to help his clients structure accounts that address their specific financial goals. Jim started his career in Chattanooga with J. C Bradford and Co. in 1986. He has served as branch assistant manager and sales manager along with various senior advisory councils for JC Bradford, Paine Webber, and UBS. These designations are held by a select group of Financial Advisors and reflect a high level of various standards measured by the firm.
A 1981 University of Tennessee graduate with honors, Jim continues to give back to his community both financially and with his time. He has served on various nonprofit boards and been associated with numerous civic organizations. Jim has been married for over 35 years and has four grown boys.

Ricky joined UBS in 2002 and has over 25 years of experience delivering wealth management advice to ultra-high net worth families, non-profit institutions, and business owners. Ricky and his team work diligently to facilitate business transitions, create trust and estate strategies, manage philanthropy, and establish investment portfolios that help align with the needs and long-term goals of his clients.
Ricky earned his BA in Finance at the University of Tennessee and began his career in banking. Following his banking work, Ricky launched several companies and led one to a notable exit with a Fortune 500 company before joining UBS.
He has wholeheartedly served his community by guiding several non-profit organizations. He has served as a YMCA Metropolitan board member and is President of the Long Branch Residential Preserve Home Owners Association. Ricky served for ten years as board member and Treasurer of the Lula Lake Land Trust and for twelve years as Ex-Officio board of Northside Neighborhood House. Ricky co-chaired a successful five million dollar capital campaign for YMCA Camp Ocoee.
When not working or spending time with his five incredible children, Ricky enjoys cycling, hiking, golfing and watching his daughter compete in equestrian competitions.

After graduating from McCallie School, Morgan studied at the University of Georgia, where he earned a business degree in risk management and insurance. From there, Morgan cultivated a career in Atlanta, working several years at one of the world's largest publicly listed independent providers of claims management, serving clients such as the Coca-Cola Bottlers’ Association and RaceTrac. Morgan served on the board of the Grant Park Conservancy and as a member of the McCallie alumni steering committee during his time in Atlanta.
Morgan left the insurance field and jumped into to the small business world by opening two restaurants. He orchestrated restaurant operations to deliver outstanding service every shift, every day. After being peer-elected to the franchise advisory board, he championed the interests of his fellow business owners. As a small business owner, he exceeded system growth sales averages, mindfully invested in his teams and communities, and consistently earned strong guest satisfaction reviews. He and his family exited the restaurant industry following the sale of their last restaurant and are thrilled to be living on Lookout Mountain, near his extended family. Morgan loves playing live ball tennis at the Lookout Mountain Club, early morning Peloton rides, and gravel/mountain biking on the weekends. You can find him at Calvary Chapel Chattanooga on Sunday mornings with his wife, Lisa, and children Charlotte, William, and Helen.
Morgan joined the Reynolds and Park team in 2020 and spent his time working alongside Karen and Annette, on the operations and service side. He has since moved into the Financial Advisor role where he focuses on financial planning, ultra-high net worth client reviews, investment manager relations, and portfolio strategies.

After graduating from the University of Tennessee, Jack moved to New York City and began the UBS Financial Advisor Training Program in the UBS Wealth Advice Center. Upon completion of his training, Jack was promoted to an advising role within the Wealth Advice Center, which is a phone based full-service advice platform servicing more than 400,000 client accounts nationwide. In August 2022, Jack was tasked to move from New York to Nashville, Tennessee to establish one of the first regional Wealth Advice Center offices in the country. His role was to serve as the primary liaison between the UBS Wealth Advice Center and individual UBS wealth management teams in the Southeast Market (TN, KY, AR, LA). Over the last 3 years, Jack has worked with hundreds of clients with various backgrounds from all around the country.
Jack is currently pursuing his Certified Financial Planner (CFP) Designation and is engaged to Lilly McCampbell, a Knoxville native, who is finishing her 3rd year of medical school in Nashville. He will be working out of our Nashville and Chattanooga offices
Leveraging over 20 years of industry experience, Karen excels at successfully guiding her clients through the challenges that the markets can bring. She works directly with our individual clients, family offices, institutions, and trusted advisors to support their unique investing, cash management, and philanthropic goals. Karen enjoys helping clients envision and plan for their future and proficiently creates detailed financial plans to help them achieve their goals. She builds lasting relationships with her clients and focuses daily on developing a richer client experience.
She currently holds series 7, series 63 and series 66 designations as well as her Insurance License. Outside work, Karen loves to paddleboard and spend time with her three grandchildren. Karen and her husband Tom are active members at the Way of the Cross in Dunlap, TN. Tom is a homebuilder and is currently building their dream house on Lewis Chapel mountain.
Audra has spent close to 20 years focusing on raising her family and building strong ties within the Chattanooga community. She has enriched our city through her volunteer work at St. Nicholas, the Community Kitchen and Baylor School. Audra returned to her professional career and spent four years at Unum, a local Fortune 500 insurance company, as a Senior Onboarding Specialist. Audra is passionate about building relationships. She works alongside Karen and Annette on the operations and service side.
Audra holds her Series 7, 66, and Health and Insurance licenses.
Annette draws from over 20 years of experience with UBS to ensure that all of our client's cash and administrative management needs are met. She loves building lasting connections with our clients. Annette focuses on all aspects of client service including account transfers, wires, insurance applications, and opening new accounts.
She holds her Series 7, 63 and 65 designations as well as her Insurance license. Outside the office, Annette loves to play with her grandson, work in the garden, go to estate sales, and watch barges go down the Tennessee River from her back porch.
