Alan Cumming is a founding member of The RoseWest Group and has 20 years of experience in the financial services industry working with retail, institutional and asset management clients. Alan brings an experienced institutional investing process to clients, helping them accomplish their goals.
Alan completed his MBA at New York University’s Stern School of Business, specializing in Finance and Accounting. In 2017, he completed the Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, The CIMA® is a cutting-edge technical portfolio construction designation for investment consultants, advisors and financial advisors. Alan continued his advanced education and completed the Certified Private Wealth Advisor® (CPWA®) at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 2021. The curriculum is designed for wealth managers who work with high net-worth clients and takes a holistic and multidisciplinary approach that includes sophisticated wealth strategies, estate planning, wealth transfer, behavioral finance, family dynamics, tax management and legacy planning. In 2023, Alan also earned his CEPA® designation, which allows him to specialize in helping business owners develop and execute a plan to exit their business.
Alan is married to his college sweetheart, Sarah, and together they are raising two rambunctious boys, Charlie and Caedmon. They are grateful to be back at home in East Texas closer to their families and with more space.

Les Loggins has been an advisor for over 28 years, and joins UBS Financial Services from Morgan Stanley. He works with high-net worth multi-generational families and their other advisors to recommend effective structures and implement the plans to help clients meet their legacy and lifestyle goals.
Les graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M. Life-long Tyler native, Les and his wife Lee Ann are active in their grown children and 24 grandchildren's lives and in the community.

Grant Wheat began his career in finance in 2016 after graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance from Texas A&M University in 2013.
Most recently, as a Wealth Management Associate at Morgan Stanley, Grant’s primary responsibilities included proactively cultivating client relationships, implementation of proposed investment strategies, and collaborating with clients to create financial plans unique to each client.
Early in his career, Grant worked at UBS for two years where he focused on meeting the financial planning and investment needs of small business owners and retirees. He then spent a year as a Team Lead Banker with Regions Financial where he and his team helped clients to balance cashflow and lending needs.
Though Grant enjoys his career, his other passions include watching the performing arts, fine whiskeys, gardening, and the peace and quiet of a good book.
