Ron believes in a comprehensive wealth management approach when working with high net-worth individuals and their families, focusing first on their goals, investment history and risk tolerance in creating a plan for progressing towards their long-term objectives.
Ron graduated from Michigan State University where he was a goalie on the Spartan's hockey team. He earned a degree in Accounting & Finance and was twice named All-American as a player and twice earned Academic All-American honors. He then played in the National Hockey League for eight years, first with the New York Rangers and later the Los Angeles Kings.
He began his career in the financial services industry in 1991 with PaineWebber. After transferring to Key Bank and McDonald Investments he moved his business to UBS in 2007.
Ron and his wife Bonnie live in Baldwinsville where they raised their three children. They spend summers at their home on Skanteateles Lake. Ron enjoys golf and boating activities. He is also an assistant coach for a local high school hockey team.
