From an early age, Ron has been fascinated by the financial world. He entered the financial services industry full time when he was 18 years old, and joined UBS as a Financial Advisor in 1987. Ron has dedicated his professional life to helping individuals, families, businesses and organizations manage their wealth. He focuses on long-term planning issues along with portfolio strategy and management. He has a B.B.A. degree from National University, and holds a Chartered Retirement Planning Specialist (CRPS) designation from the College of Financial Planning. While at UBS his studies have centered around: Practical Economics, Equity Valuation, Fixed Income Concepts and Tools, Asset Allocation, and Portfolio Management. He holds series 7, 63 and 65 securities licenses along with life and health insurance licenses.
Over the years, Ron has enjoyed being involved in various volunteering activities including President of the Active 20-30 Club, Founding Member and Chairman of the Cycle for Sight, Co-Founder and Head Coach of the Napa Valley Basketball Alliance, Associate Head Coach for the Varsity Boys Basketball at Napa High, and he has coached numerous youth basketball, baseball and soccer teams.
On a personal note Ron enjoys camping, kayaking, volleyball, basketball, research, and spending time with family and friends.
