John has over 25 years of experience in private wealth management. He began his career with Shearson Lehman Brothers in 1993 and is currently a Senior Vice President–Wealth Management with UBS Financial Services Inc. He understands that it’s the important things—our families, our values, the impact we have on others—that connect us. And although making sense of it all can be hard, asking the right questions can make things clearer. When he talks about wealth management, he wants to learn about those life questions that are on your mind and, together, help you find the answers.

John received his M.F.A. from the University of Southern California and a B.A. from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. John holds the UBS Athletes and Entertainers Consultant designation, Certified Investment Management ConsultantSM® designation, the Wealth Advisor designation, the life and health insurance licenses and the Series 7, 31, 63 and 65 securities licenses.
Outside of work, John strives to make a difference in the community. He is a member of the Motion Picture & Television Fund Professional Advisory Network and the Investments & Wealth Institute, and volunteers at weSPARK Cancer Support Center and Jewish Big Brothers. John resides in Bel Air, CA, where he enjoys spending time with his wife Mindy and three kids.
Chad leads the investment strategy for the team. He provides portfolio management for the team’s clients with a focus on wealth preservation, income generation and tax minimization strategies. His knowledge of capital markets allows him to identify timely equity and fixed income investment opportunities as they arise. As a financial advisor, Chad helps develop and execute customized plans designed to meet clients’ business and personal wealth management objectives, including retirement, education, insurance and wealth transfer strategies. He works closely with clients’ other trusted advisors, including their CPA and estate attorney, to promote coordination and reduce complexity across their financial decisions.
Chad has more than 20 years of wealth management experience. After graduating from the University of Missouri with a B.S. in finance and banking, he began his career as a financial advisor at Morgan Stanley in Clayton, Missouri. In 2005, he joined the Global Private Client Group at Merrill Lynch in Beverly Hills and built his practice there before being recruited to UBS Financial Services in 2011. Chad holds the Charted Retirement Planning Counselor® designation from the College for Financial Planning, and he is active with Financial Executives International, the Professionals in Human Resources Association and the Association for Corporate Growth.
Chad and his wife live in Pacific Palisades with their two children. Outside the office, he enjoys running, working out, spending time with family and friends, and staying involved with Sigma Chi alumni.
As Managing Partner, Michael leads the team’s joint efforts from a strategy and operational perspective. He focuses on delivering customized wealth management solutions to affluent individuals, families and small-business owners through a comprehensive financial planning approach that includes strategies for portfolio management, hedging and diversification, tax minimization, asset and income protection, and liability management. In working with business owners, Michael considers all stages of their financial life cycle, from seed to sale and from financing to succession planning. In addition, he has particular experience understanding and supporting the needs of medical and legal professionals, retirees, clients with inherited wealth, and individuals going through divorce.
Prior to joining UBS in 2013, Michael was a Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Merrill Lynch, then Bank of America in Beverly Hills, as well as the CEO and Director of a private financial advisory firm working with high-net-worth clients in Southern California. He also served as the CEO of a statistical analytics firm working with Fortune 100 clients in the finance, telecommunications and technology industries. His experience founding, funding, and exiting small businesses has given him a deep understanding of business owners’ management challenges. He holds the Series 7 and 66 securities licenses, as well as the Life and Health Insurance Licenses. Michael earned the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor® designation, the UBS Wealth Advisor designation, and is a graduate of Stanford University.
Michael, his wife Caroline, and their children live in Hancock Park. Outside of work, he enjoys tennis, playing piano, and reading history. He serves as Director and Past President of a private high school in Calabasas, as well as Director of a nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing educational opportunities to underserved inner-city children.
Nik leads the institutional consulting business for the team. He has spent the last 15 years helping institutions manage their investments and develop comprehensive portfolio management plans on behalf of their members. He has worked with the Laborers International Union North America since 2005, helping unions and other labor management organizations balance risk and return, and ensure that their fiduciary guidelines are met. Nik has a strong understanding of the needs of members within his client organizations and is committed to investor education, as well as advocating for clients at both the board and member levels. In addition, he applies his institutional investment knowledge in his work with high-net-worth families, supporting their complex lending and investment needs with the global resources of UBS.
Nik began his career in the financial services industry in 1998 working in practice management before coming to UBS in 2004. He has subsequently earned the designation of Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist®. Nik has extensive experience managing institutional severance pay plans, death benefit funds, facility maintenance accounts and jurisdictional protection funds—all of which require specialized knowledge and an understanding of the unique asset allocation strategies and trading dynamics involved with their investment management requirements. He holds an associate arts degree from Santa Monica College, and the Series 3, 63, 65, 7 and California Life and Health licenses.
When he’s not at the office, Nik enjoys golf, boating, skiing and spending time with his family.
In addition to leading the team’s business development efforts, Ken provides personalized investment solutions to ultra-high-net-worth individuals, business owners and institutions. His clients turn to him to handle the complexities of their financial lives, so they can focus on their priorities, like their family, career or personal businesses. His deep financial background is matched by his life experience, and he has a broad network of resources he can turn to on his clients’ behalf to help them resolve unfamiliar problems or address unusual situations. Accessibility, impeccable service and quick response time are at the forefront of his client relationships.
With two decades of experience in the financial industry, Ken has guided clients through a wide variety of market situations—from the mortgage crisis to the technology boom and bust in the late 1990s—so he brings a broad and knowledgeable perspective to his clients today as they seek to navigate the current market environment. Prior to joining UBS in 2009, Ken was a Senior Vice President at Wells Fargo Investments in the Private Client Services division, and he began his career at PaineWebber in downtown Los Angeles. He attended Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts, and graduated from Florida International University in Miami.
Ken and his wife, Lisa, live in Cheviot Hills with their two daughters, Natalie and Stella Blue. In his free time, Ken enjoys open-water swimming, biking, skiing, golfing, and competing in IRONMAN races and triathlons. He also sits on numerous nonprofit boards, most of which relate to public safety, the environment, and children’s causes.
Jeanette grew up in Northern Sweden. While working and studying in the United Kingdom she improved her English skills. She also spent time travelling the world before landing in the US. Jeanette started her career in the Financial Services Industry in 1993 with Oppenheimer & Company.
As a Senior Registered Client Service Associate at Rodeo Wealth Management, Jeanette is responsible for the operational needs of the team including securities transactions, cash management, and account administration. With her upbeat attitude and attention to detail, Jeanette provides an efficient streamlined experience to ensure clients meet their goals. Jeannette is a senior registered client service associate and holds professional licenses Series 7, 63 and 66.
For more than a decade Jeanette has served as a board member for the American Youth Soccer Association. Jeanette enjoys playing soccer and coaches teams ranging from age 5 – 18 years old and has refereed numerous games. She is an active member of her neighborhood HOA where she publishes a monthly newsletter to keep residents abreast of events and each other. She resides in Los Angeles with her husband and 2 German Shepherds.
Camille oversees the operational and administrative needs of our clients. Her responsibilities are centered around enabling an effective and streamlined experience for everyone our team serves.
Her passion is to help our clients achieve their long-term financial goals, as well as their shorter-term financial objectives along the way. She understands that our clients’ resources are a means to enable their hopes and dreams, and feels honored to play a role in helping them realize those dreams.
Camille brings a broad range of industry experience, having served in a variety of roles – including Branch Administrative Officer, Operations Manager, Compliance Supervisor and Manager across brokerage and RIA firms for 23 years.
A graduate of USC, Camille was born and raised in Southern California. She and her family live in the South Bay.
Michael supports the operational and administrative processes of the team. He takes pride in delivering white glove service to our clients. Michael worked previously at non-profit organizations before pivoting to finance. He holds the Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses. He graduated from UCLA with a B.A in English. Michael lives in Sherman Oaks with his wife Tania and their two dogs, Toby and Marbles. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, hiking, and birdwatching.
Donatella supports a wide range of operational and research needs for Rodeo Wealth Management’s high-net-worth clients. Her focus is on delivering the broad set of solutions available, customized to our clients’ individual needs.
Prior to UBS, Ms. Mancinone was a Client Associate at First Republic Investment Management.
Originally from New England, Ms. Mancinone received her Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree from Northeastern University. She was a barre instructor at her university and was a volunteer Mail Processor for the Boston Prison Book Program, serving over 10,000 prisoners each year.
