Build a plan for the future you envision
In a world of confusing headlines and challenging markets, it takes more than investment guidance to help you move forward with confidence. It takes an understanding of your entire financial life, your hopes and dreams – and a clear road map for getting where you need to go.
As your personal advocates, we provide you with advice that is tailored to your circumstances and priorities. We start with a detailed plan for all you'd like your wealth to achieve. Over time, we adjust your plan as your circumstances change, so you can embrace your financial future with confidence.
Our mission is to provide quality strategies customized to your needs. Our goal is to be your primary source of financial advice. To this end, we concentrate our efforts on developing long-term relationships through a commitment to quality client service.
Michael’s provided financial encouragement to active professionals, families, divorcees, widows and business owners for nearly 25 years. His clients tend to be hyper-focused on demands of running a business, careers, working toward retirement, time with family or even a little spare time toward hobbies. They seek to trust someone to help confidentially guard & steward their wealth plan. By design, Michael limits the number of clients we work with to provide a higher degree of personalized service, time and attention. His greatest satisfaction comes from learning about his client’s lives, successes, challenges and concerns while sharing his experience(s) to identify opportunities or avoid common costly pitfalls.
A lifelong learner, he has several advanced industry designations, reflecting his ability/comfort with developing specific strategies to minimize taxes, protect assets, maximize growth and transfer wealth. He’s earned the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) certification through the Wharton School of Business - University of Pennsylvania, Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) through the College for Financial Planning, Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) through the CFP® Board of Standards and most recently obtained his Certified Private Wealth Advisor (CPWA®) accreditation through the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
When not working, Michael enjoys staying mentally and physically fit. He enjoys reading, lifting weights, golfing, mountain biking, hiking or any new challenging activity. Michael’s top personal priority is being supportive to his wife Hillary and their three children’s life experiences: college, careers, relationships and sports.

Dan likes to describe his financial planning practice as "helping you put it all together". His disciplined consultative approach is extremely valuable to the oil and gas executive as well as the high net worth individual and public company executive that needs to coordinate all planning aspects with their CPA and Attorney. This approach is also very helpful if you experience a life transition, such as the loss of a spouse. Dan has worked closely with widows to help them navigate an unclear future to give them an understanding of their financial assets while building a financial plan to secure their future and give them peace of mind.
Dan has more than 30 years of experience providing financial and wealth management advice and services. Dan joined UBS in 2008 after 14 years as a Wealth Management Advisor at Merrill Lynch. Dan also brings more than 19 years of banking experience, including serving as the head of business banking for First Interstate Bank of Colorado.
Dan has passionately served his community and views life as "givers" and "takers" and he wants to be a "giver". Dan served as a board member for the Rocky Mountain Multiple Sclerosis Center, Director and Treasurer for the South Metro Denver Chamber, and Chairman of the South Metro Denver Economic Development Group. Most recently Dan could be found serving breakfast at the Denver Rescue Mission. Dan is engaged to be married and a father of two beautiful daughters who have graduated from college and are now pursuing their own careers. Dan has cycled much of the world, including Portugal, Spain, Chile, Argentina, France, Italy and Vienna to Prague. Dan's most recent travels have taken him to New Zealand and Vietnam. Needless to say, Dan is a world traveler and enjoys experiencing different cultures, sampling the food and trying different wines.
