Senior Vice President–Wealth Management
Richard joined UBS in 2001. He focuses on developing individualized investment, retirement and philanthopic strategies through comprehensive financial planning for our clients. Prior to joining UBS, Rich spent more than 10 years in the banking industry with American National Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary of J.P. Morgan. He managed more than 100 institutional banking relationships, providing lending, operational and investment services. He then went on to serve as a consultant at KPMG. Rich earned a B.A. in History from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and an M.B.A in Finance from DePaul University. He is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP® ) and has a certificate in Family Wealth Advising from the Family Firm Institute. Rich volunteers with the People's Resource Center food bank and Sharing Connections furniture bank. He also coaches Little League in Western Springs, IL where he lives with his wife, Pamela, and their two sons. In the fall, Rich officiates NCAA Division I football.
