Redefine Healthcare is not affiliated with UBS Financial Services Inc (UBS). Under an arrangement with Redefine Healthcare, UBS provides financial planning services in our capacity as an investment adviser pursuant to a written agreement with each eligible Redefine Healthcare employee (each a “client”). The agreement details the terms, conditions, fee and scope of the engagement, and Redefine Healthcare pays the fee directly to UBS. Note that financial planning does not alter or modify in any way the nature of a client’s UBS accounts, their rights and our obligations relating to these accounts or the terms and conditions of any UBS account agreement in effect during or after the financial planning service. Clients are not required to establish accounts, purchase products or otherwise transact business with us to implement any of the suggestions made in the financial plan. Should a client decide to implement their financial plan with us, we will act as either a broker-dealer or an investment adviser, depending on the service selected; implementation is separate from, and not included in the financial planning services.     With more than 30 years of experience in financial services, Heather brings deep industry knowledge and a global perspective to her work with clients. Over the course of her career, she has partnered with both institutional and individual investors, specializing in asset allocation and investment solutions. For 15 years, she worked closely with international financial institutions, developing a strong appreciation for global markets and their impact on client portfolios.

    Today, Heather and her team provide comprehensive wealth management consulting, offering guidance across financial planning, retirement income strategies, and investment management. She is dedicated to helping clients navigate complex financial decisions with clarity and confidence, delivering thoughtful, personalized solutions aligned with their long-term goals.

    Heather’s commitment extends beyond her clients to her family and community. A native of Barbados, she brings a unique global perspective to her relationships. She is the proud mother of an adult son and a dedicated mentor through Big Brothers Big Sisters, where she has served as a “Big Sister” for several years. An avid gardener and passionate golfer, Heather also serves on the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Coastal & Northern New Jersey, reflecting her strong commitment to giving back.

        Whether you’re embarking on one of life’s most sacred unions, preparing for the birth of a child, coping with the loss of a loved one, or navigating the hardship of a divorce — these are the moments that shape our clients’ lives. Having experienced many of life’s most profound milestones firsthand, Gabe brings a sense of comfort and relatability to every financial conversation. As a Partner and Senior Vice President within Alpha Legacy Wealth Management (ALWM), he has built a practice rooted in trust, empathy, and a genuine connection with the people he serves.

        Gabe entered the financial services industry amidst the financial crisis of 2008, drawing on his background in client service, relationship management, and financial planning to help clients reach their goals. Shortly before graduating from Monmouth University with a B.S. in Finance, he obtained his Series 7 and Series 63 licenses, which led him to Merrill Lynch as a Registered Client Service Associate, where he supported all client service and wealth management needs.

        In 2013, Gabe joined UBS Private Wealth Management as a Wealth Strategy Associate, focusing on the financial planning needs of Ultra High Net Worth clients. By 2015, he expanded his role to serve as UBS’s Wealth Planning Analyst for the Northern New Jersey market, during which time he earned his Certified Financial Planner™ designation. In 2017, he partnered with Alice Anselmo and Heather Meade to form the AMC Wealth Consulting Group, which ultimately merged to become Alpha Legacy Wealth Management in January 2019. Operating across New York City and New Jersey, ALWM is built on an exceptional service model and a commitment to diversity.

        Outside of the office, Gabe is a devoted husband to his wife Ashley and proud father to their two children, Cameron and Grace. He can often be found coaching on the field, playing golf, working out, or simply enjoying experiences with his family — values that carry directly into the way he shows up for his clients every day.

          As a Partner and Executive Director with Alpha Legacy Wealth Management (ALWM), Stephen combines his professional expertise with a highly relationship-driven approach. Throughout his career, he has not only advised clients directly but has also coached, consulted, and led some of the largest financial advisory teams in the country. This diverse experience enables him to offer thoughtful perspective, strategic insight, and a steady hand in helping clients pursue lasting financial success.

            Tara  joined UBS in 2014 in the UBS Wealth Advice Center as a Financial Advisor.  In 2017,  she moved into the role of Senior Wealth Strategy Associate with UBS Private Wealth Management. 

            Prior to joining UBS, Tara held the position at Merrill Lynch as a  Financial Solutions Advisor.  Tara graduated from The University of Scranton with a  Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.

            She holds the following financial industry certifications:  FINRA Series 7, Series 66 and Chartered Retirement Plan Counselor designation.
