Michael P. Ritacco, Director, joined UBS Financial Services in October 2013. Mike works with families, foundations & businesses establishing strategies that grow, protect, and distribute wealth in the most tax efficient manner. Through his teamwork, they leverage their capabilities and resources to fully assist clients with Private Family Office Services. Drawing on his experience and global resources, Mike develops personalized solutions to address the complex needs of his clients. Those strategies include but are not limited to portfolio development, estate planning working in conjunction with client family advisors, retirement and education planning, life insurance analysis, liability and debt management, plus a full complement of multi-generational wealth preservation services.

Michael resides in Point Pleasant, NJ with his three children Grace, Michael and Lily.  He is an active supporter of community programs in Ocean and Monmouth counties.  Michael is currently the Board Chair for the Toms River Field of Dreams as well as Board Chair of the Ocean County YMCA.

Before entering the financial services industry, Rick graduated from Rider College with a degree in Finance and worked as a Financial Advisor with Butcher and Singer. Now a First Vice President - Wealth Management at UBS.

Richard's mission is to help each one of his clients plan for a financial future in a way that best meets his or her goals. And the commitment doesn’t end there, Rick has been an active member of the local community for nearly 25 years and is currently involved with The Ocean County College Foundation.

Kate joined UBS Financial Services in October 2025.  Prior to joining UBS, Kate spent 6 years in the investment and finance world through her time at T. Rowe Price and Bloomberg.

Kate received a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in finance and sales from The College of New Jersey in 2019. In 2025, Kate earned her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification becoming a financial professional who meets rigorous education, training, and ethical standards set by the CFP Board to provide comprehensive, holistic financial planning, legally bound to act as a fiduciary.

She thrives on helping people understand their financial standing today so she can craft a plan for them to achieve all of their dreams in the future. She provides investment consulting and financial plan design for corporate executives, entrepreneurs, and professionals. Her ultimate goal is to approach wealth on a long-term horizon to create and preserve her clients’ assets while decreasing risk and taxation.

Kate resides in Red Bank, NJ with her partner Drew and their cats, Robin & Bean.

Angela joined UBS Financial Services in July 2022.  Prior to joining UBS Angela spent over 20 years working for hedge funds. Her time was spent in operations, control and compliance, and marketing and investor relations.  Angela’s background and capabilities will help provide support to the team and assist with client needs.

Angela received a Master of Business Administration from Monmouth University in New Jersey in 2004 and a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in finance and international business from Villanova University in Pennsylvania in 2000.

Angela resides in Toms River, NJ with her husband William, their children Gabriella and Cooper and their dog Luna.

Nicole joined UBS in June 2024. With over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Nicole brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge. Nicole spent the 22 years with a Morgan Stanley team providing top level services to ultra high net worth clients. Nicole holds Series 7 and 66 licenses, underscoring her commitment to excellence in trading and compliance. 

Jill joined the team in April 2025. Prior to joining UBS, Jill spent over 10 years planning corporate and consumer events across the country for global brands and professional sports leagues. Jill’s background in communications, event marketing, public relations, planning and attention to detail will help provide support to the team and assist with client needs.

Jill received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA in 2000. Jill resides in Toms River, NJ with her husband Mike, their children Ashlyn and Michael Jr. and their dog, Duke.
