Frank is the founding partner of The Baldwin Group and has over 33 years of industry experience. Frank is directly involved on a monthly basis with client calls to keep them abreast of the markets, their personal portfolios, and to stay updated with changes in their lives. Frank graduated from UCLA in 1982, resides in San Diego, CA with his wife and two children and is very active with his church and local community. Frank has a passion for golf and staying physically active.

Chris Marsh has served in a variety of roles across the US and International Wealth Management businesses since joining the firm in 1999, working with advisor teams to serve clients across the Asia Pacific, Switzerland, Europe and the United States. He has had the opportunity to work on strategies for growing the global business and creating solutions for unique client situations using UBS’s global resources.
Chris’s prior experience, including roles in technology, business development, consulting, and as a business coach, has given him insights into what those growing fastest do differently, despite the uncertainty of financial markets. Chris’s passion lies in helping to create solutions for multi-generational families, planning for their future, often including their businesses, endowments, or foundations. “I find it extremely rewarding to connect colleagues and clients with experts and solutions from around the world. When something is important to our clients, and is the right thing to do, we can find a way to help them accomplish it.”
Chris holds FINRA Series 3, 7, 9, 10, and 66 securities licenses, as well as a California Insurance License, most recently receiving the Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) designation. Chris earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and MIS at the University of Virginia.
Chris and his wife, Malinda, have three sons: Sean Michael, Danny and Xavier. They enjoy participating in many cultural and philanthropic organizations throughout San Diego, as well as with Boy Scouts and many children’s sports.

Brian joined the Baldwin Group in 1998 and has constructed client portfolios since 2003. He has earned several professional designations-Certified Financial Planner™ in 2011, Certified Exit Planning Advisor® in 2018, and most recently, Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® .
Brian loves learning new things. This curiosity provides the motivation to develop a detailed understanding of client circumstances, goals, and priorities. To him, the planning process is analogous to receiving an annual physical from one's doctor – its consists of an examination, a diagnosis, and a prescription.
Brian graduated from the University of Missouri in 1991, resides in Encinitas, California, and is a parent to two busy teen-aged children, Rachel and Pierce. In what free time remains, he enjoys cooking, skiing, off-road motorcycling, and restoring neglected Porsches.
Brian has enjoyed giving back to his community by providing pro-bono financial planning services though the San Diego chapter of the Financial Planning Association.

Alex earned a B.S. in Business Administration from The Leeds School of Business at The University of Colorado. He has worked in the financial services industry since 2005, starting his career at Morgan Stanley and joining UBS in 2008. He currently resides with his wife and three children in San Diego, CA and has a passion for the markets, golf, skiing, and spending time with his family.

Lisa Licini is the Team Administrator for The Baldwin Group. In addition to managing the team's busy day-to-day operations, she assists clients with their banking and lending needs, online services, and any other client service related issues. Her career began in 1999 at Morgan Stanley in Newport Beach, California before relocating to San Diego in in 2004. She joined the Baldwin Group in 2006 at Morgan Stanley in La Jolla, and then later transitioned with the team to UBS in 2008.
Lisa is a graduate from Northern Arizona University, and currently resides in Escondido, California with her husband. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her many pets and various outdoor activities that include horseback riding, hiking, and mountain biking.
Katie Tschida joined The Baldwin Group as a Registered Client Service Associate in 2021. She assists clients with operational needs such as banking, wire transfers, securities and cash transfers, and corporate actions. She began her career at Morgan Stanley in 2017, and then worked on the mutual fund trade desk for LPL Financial. Katie has also worked with Wealth Management Magazine in order to research and publish findings for the top-ranked colleges for financial planning. She is Series 7 and Series 66 licensed.
Katie graduated with a bachelor of science degree in Marketing from San Diego State University. She currently resides in La Jolla and spends her time at the beach, reading, and staying active. Above all, Katie enjoys traveling to new places and learning about different cultures. She has been to 24 countries across five continents and is excited to add more to her list.
