As the longest tenured Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst in Maryland, Dave's experience and expertise enable him to offer sound advice on (and access to) Alternative Investments, which continue to receive more attention from institutions and families with great wealth. He has worked as a financial advisor since 1988 at leading institutions, including PaineWebber (Acquired by UBS), Morgan Stanley, and Merrill Lynch.

Mitchell has over 40 years of experience on Wall Street. He began his career in Institutional Fixed Income at Goldman Sachs, later advising high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals, families, and hedge funds at Credit Suisse in New York and Baltimore. Mitchell holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA from Middlebury College (where he was on the squash and lacrosse teams). He also studied at the London School of Economics.
Sean McElroy, PWA focuses on portfolio construction, client service and education, and financial planning for Prism Wealth Consultants. Sean believes the purpose of wealth is to maximize life. Since beginning his career at Millennium Partners, Sean's dual roles as a client and advisor uniquely positions him to uncover client needs, find relevant resources, and deliver meaningful advice. As a portfolio management analyst for Northrop Grumman's multi-billion dollar pension and 401(k) plans, he has been a client of prominent Wall Street firms. Sean has evaluated hundreds of investment presentations, focused on portfolio manager screening, due diligence and selection, as well as ongoing monitoring. He also passed Level I of the CFA exam set. Sean evaluated and supported the transition of 401(k) options to indexed investment vehicles, and negotiated fees for some of those options, helping hundreds of thousands of people save money.
After Northrop Grumman, Sean earned his MBA from Loyola University Maryland and became Operations Director for Baltimore Angels, Baltimore's largest group of venture capital investors. In this role, and as Director of Membership and Partnerships at Betamore, he was responsible for providing advice and connectivity to accredited investors and businesses, specifically focused on wealth creation.
Sean is passionate about improving community connectivity around positive social and economic impact. He has held (or holds) volunteer leadership roles at the following organizations: Cristo Rey Jesuit High School, Church of the Nativity, Baltimore Chamber Orchestra, and Marathon Youth Ministry.
Tim McElroy is the team's Senior Wealth Strategy Associate (SWSA), enhancing the day to day client experience of Prism Wealth Consultants by providing both operational and administrative support, in addition to direct coverage for a select number of clients.

Prior to joining UBS, Tim worked for Morgan Stanley as a Municipal Analyst for the Institutional Fixed Income Desk, and became Director of Advisory Trade Support for Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, assisting in the day to day Operations for both Financial Advisors and Money Managers.
Tim is an avid New York Giants fan, and co-founder of Connecticut Young Professionals, a statewide networking organization committed to getting young professionals more involved in their communities. Tim has held (or holds) volunteer positions at Bmore Votes, Meals on Wheels, and Church of the Nativity in Timonium, MD.
