Kam began his career with UBS in 1999. With over two decades in the financial services industry, he relies heavily on his experience to help guide our clients through every aspect of their financial lives. His passion to understand each client's concerns, needs and unique, evolving life helps him deliver customized advice, planning, and investment strategies to help them meet their personal goals.

Kam is also responsible for overseeing the manager/investment selections for client portfolios. His diligent research and monitoring of our investment choices enable us to offer timely advice on an ongoing and consistent basis to those we serve.

Kam earned his bachelor's degree from Texas Tech University with a focus on marketing and finance.  Kam enjoys playing golf, fishing, hunting, and spending time with his family. He has also been involved in many community activities, including serving as former President of the Westlake Chamber of Commerce, former board member and President of Western Hills Little League and an active volunteer at the Regents School of Austin.

David began his career at UBS in 2015 as a Wealth Planning Analyst, acting as the go-to resource on financial planning for all of the advisors in our Central Texas market. In this role he worked with a wide variety of clients, helping them to put in place a financial plan that would guide them in achieving their goals. He joined our team in 2017, and plays a vital role, not only in the planning area but also in working with us to assure the delivery of comprehensive investment services to all of our valued clients. David is fully licensed and holds both the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designation and the Accredited Wealth Management Advisor (AWMA®) designation from the College of Financial Planning.

Though he grew up in Baton Rouge, attended high school in Virginia, graduated from the University of Georgia, and was a consultant in Washington, D.C., he has made Austin home since 2013. He spends most of his time away from the office with his wife, Meredith, and their two sons, Cooper and Brooks.

Kelly joined UBS from another firm in 2008. In addition to her 17 years of experience, she brings to our team her expertise and designation as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®). Kelly is responsible for our client reporting, service protocols and works closely with many of our clients' CPAs. She also shares the administrative and organizational duties for both our clients and our team.

Kelly graduated magna cum laude from The University of Texas at Arlington with a degree in music business.  She was a French horn player in the wind ensemble and orchestra.  Kelly and her husband live in Round Rock and are the proud parents of two sons and a daughter. They enjoy and are kept busy by their children's activities and love attending Round Rock Express games as well as the Round Rock and Austin symphony orchestra concerts.

Jan O'Connell has been in the financial services industry for the past 21 years and with UBS since 2006. She manages our client communications, account documentation, asset transfers, loan documentation, and correspondence. She takes pride in keeping us organized, as well as our clients, and is dedicated to making their financial lives simpler.

Jan is a graduate of the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin, where she earned a degree in finance and was active in the professional women's fraternity. Jan and her husband, Patrick, are active in their two children's sports activities and enjoy attending various music concerts.

Melissa began her career with UBS 32 years ago.  She has been a Financial Advisor with the Pickle Group since 2007.  Throughout the years, her emphasis has been on building client relationships, and she has an extensive knowledge of and concern for the financial goals of her clients.  Actively involved in investment management and client presentations, Melissa effectively responds to any needs that rise.

Melissa is a native Austinite and lifelong resident of the city.  She graduated from the University of Texas, where she was a member of the women’s track team.  She participates in and volunteers with a number of local charitable organizations.  Melissa has two grown sons.  Away from the office she loves to cook, garden and travel.
