    Ted Hardenbergh entered the wealth management profession in 2003 after 18 years of product and program leadership in technology companies. His experiences in manufacturing have enabled him to easily connect with and understand the unique needs of business owners and entrepreneurs.  He plans for and helps guide clients through life transitions as well as coordinating investment analytics.  He also considers it his mission to ensure that clients legacy plans are well thought out and reflect the family’s wishes as best as possible.

    Most importantly, Ted loves nothing more than hearing client stories about fulfilling lifelong wishes they never thought they could. 

    Ted earned his MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.  In addition, he has B.S. degrees in Economics from the Wharton School and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. Ted lives in Hopkinton, NH with his wife and three children.

          Heather Phillips started working in the financial services industry in 1995 and began her career at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management in 1997 as a Financial Advisor. Over the years, she has enjoyed introducing clients to the wealth management process which is designed to provide specific, personalized guidance in areas such as retirement planning, retirement income planning, investment management, and estate planning strategies. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, she believes the wealth management process is most successful when rooted in the education necessary to provide clients with the knowledge to make informed decisions that best match their unique needs and circumstances.

          Heather graduated with a B.A. from William Smith College and lives in Thornton, NH with her husband, Tyler, daughter, Holly and goofy Bernedoodle, Murphy. She enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring the White Mountains of NH, boating on Squam Lake and lots of dog walking!

                Krissy is a Senior Wealth Strategy Associate for Phillips, Hardenbergh & Associates at UBS. She started in the industry in 2019 with Merrill Lynch as a Registered Wealth Management Client Associate. Her key role on the team is to manage client relationships, assist in the implementation of customized and comprehensive wealth management strategies and deliver the best possible service to clients. As a Senior Wealth Strategy Associate, she is able to facilitate many similar functions as your advisor and is an instrumental part of the team.

                Krissy graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 2018 receiving her bachelor’s in psychology with a Minor in Business Administration. While attending the University of New Hampshire, she played four years of Division I Women’s Lacrosse where she was awarded America East All-Conference Second-Team, America East Academic Honor Roll, & America East All- Rookie Team. Krissy currently resides in Bedford, NH. She enjoys playing pickleball and spending time outdoors- particularly the beach, lake, White Mountains.
