    Adam, his wife Sara, daughter Mckenna, and son Noah live in Queensbury with their two Siberian Huskies.    A North Country native, Adam believes strongly in giving back to his community with his time, talent, and treasure; he is a past Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Silver Bay YMCA and currently serves on the board of the Adirondack North Country Association (ANCA) and is Vice President of the Glenn and Carol Pearsall Adirondack Foundation.  Other organizations he is involved with include the Warren County Amateur Radio Club (founding member, past President, past Board Chair, currently providing communications for local events such as the Adirondack Distance Festival, Hudson River Whitewater Derby, and Ironman Lake Placid), Lower Adirondack Search and Rescue (LASAR, volunteer searcher), and Siamese Ponds Trail Improvement Society (trail steward and sawyer).  Adam is a licensed New York State Guide and enjoys recreating outdoors with family, cross country and telemark skiing, hiking, flatwater and whitewater canoeing.  He enjoys continuing the family tradition of maple sugaring every other spring.

    Adam graduated from Colby College in 1998 with a B.A. degree in geology. He holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses as well as life, health, and long-term care insurance licenses. In June of 2008 he obtained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification and in 2013 obtained the UBS Portfolio Manager designation and in 2016 obtained the Senior Portfolio Manager designation.

        As the team’s Senior Wealth Strategy Associate, Melissa is responsible for financial planning, but is also adept at handling market orders from clients and rebalancing client portfolios as per client authorizations. She joined the Pearsall Wealth Management in 2004 and holds all the necessary securities and insurance licenses. Melissa attended Siena College where she graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in finance. While at Siena, Melissa held several internships including one with the UBS, Albany, NY, office. Melissa resides in Queensbury with her husband Frank, daughters London and Lilyana and their beagle Bella.

                Tara has recently joined the team in November 2020 as a Client Service Associate. She graduated from Penn State Behrend in 1999 with a B.S. in psychology. She resides in Queensbury with her husband Steve and their children Caleb, Abigail, and Steven. Tara and her family enjoy many activities the North Country has to offer, including hiking with their mini australian shepherd Addie, boating, camping, and skiing. She looks forward to getting to know clients and build relationships here at Pearsall Wealth Management.
