Tom has over 30 years of experience providing comprehensive wealth management services in the areas of investment management, estate and trust planning, financial planning, income tax planning, lending, charitable giving and asset protection. He works with a diversified client base including executives, small business owners, professional athletes, and high net worth families.

Prior to joining UBS Financial Services, Inc., Tom was with Smith Barney, now Morgan Stanley Wealth Management as a Financial Advisor and Arthur Andersen LLP as a Tax Manager in the Private Client Group in Houston.

Tom attended the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida and graduated from the University of Houston with a degree in Accounting. He is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and, in addition, he earned the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) designation through The Wharton School of Business and the Certified Private Wealth Advisor (CPWA®) designation through the University Of Chicago Booth School Of Business. He is a member of The Financial Planning Association and the Investment Management Consultants Association. Tom is also an FAA licensed pilot and a member of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association.  Tom is an active member of the Community Leadership Committee and the Long-Range Planning Committee for the Cypress Fairbanks Independent School District.

Tom lives in Houston with his wife, Cindy and son Casey. He also spends time at the family vacation home in Kauai, Hawaii.

Michael John began his career in the financial industry as a Municipal Bond Consultant and has provided comprehensive wealth management services since 1997. He has extensive experience as a Certified Investment Management Analyst and a Senior Investment Management Consultant. In 2000, he received the Financial Consultant of the Year award from J. P. Morgan Chase.

Prior to joining UBS Financial Services, Inc., Michael was with Smith Barney, now Morgan Stanley Wealth Management as a Financial Advisor and J. P. Morgan's Preferred Financial Services division in Houston, TX.

Michael John graduated from Houston Baptist University in February 1995, with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance, cum laude. He also studied Behavioral Finance at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. He attended the University of California, Berkeley where he earned the distinguished ANSI® (American National Standards Institute) accredited CIMA® certification. He enjoys endurance races supporting the Wounded Warrior Project, trains weekly with retired Navy SEAL Jack Walston, and enjoys other various outdoor activities.
