Kenneth Parham is a Managing Director of Wealth Management with UBS Financial Services. He earned the designation of Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) from the prestigious Wharton School of Business and holds degrees in Business and Economics from Wofford College. Of the 6,000 UBS consultants nationwide, he and his team are among 110 members of the firm’s exclusive Institutional Consulting division. Within that division, Kenneth serves as one of 13 founding members of the Council for Religious Organizations. Kenneth’s experience as a consultant for high-net-worth families and some of the largest endowments in the Southeast has led to numerous speaking engagements for non-profit agencies and private associations nationwide. He and his team have been consistently recognized by leading financial publications such as Forbes and Barron’s as top consultants in South Carolina and the Southeast. His areas of expertise include concentrated position strategies, behavioral finance, strategic philanthropy, predictable endowment income, money manager analysis, asset allocation and risk management.
Kenneth is a native of Greenwood, South Carolina and has served in the financial services industry for over 35 years. He and his wife are the proud parents of two daughters and are thankful they both live locally. Kenneth serves on various boards, is active in leadership development for recent college graduates, teaches regularly on financial management and stewardship and is an Elder at Mitchell Road Presbyterian Church. He enjoys anything outdoors and loves learning and exploring new cultures through travel.
Bert Arrowood is a Managing Director of Wealth Management with UBS Financial Services. He graduated from Bob Jones University with a B.S. degree in Financial Management. Bert completed his post-graduate studies through the College for Financial Planning in Denver, CO and became a Certified Financial Planner™ professional. His background is concentrated in the areas of investment management, asset allocation, sustainable income and estate preservation. He conducts educational seminars for high net-worth families as well as for non-profit agencies and associations nationwide. Bert’s experience in working with high net-worth families and non-profit organizations has led to his participation in statewide telecasts over the ETV network which are archived in libraries throughout South Carolina. He is a frequent speaker on topics such as investment management and allocation, estate and tax planning, planned giving strategies and methods for achieving predictable income. Bert has been named by both Barron’s and Forbes as a Best In State and Best In Nation Wealth Advisor multiple times, and he is especially proud of the Team being chosen as the Forbes Best In State Wealth Management Team for 2023.
Bert is a native of Macon, Georgia but has called Greenville home for over 30 years. He has worked in the financial services industry for more than 25 years. He currently serves as a board member for numerous nonprofit organizations and foundations and is on the Advisory Committee for the South Carolina Christian Foundation. He enjoys giving back to the community by speaking annually to high school and university business students about economics and finance and leads the college student ministry at his local church. He enjoys spending time with his wife and four children and they especially enjoy their family time together at the lake.
Will Bragdon is a Senior Vice President of Wealth Management with UBS. He is a graduate of Covenant College with a B.A. in Business Administration and Finance. Will has over 20 years of experience in the industry servicing the unique needs of endowments and foundations and high net-worth families. Will has diverse experience in commercial real estate, investment analysis, family legacy planning, endowment development, investment policy and spending policy structure, and retirement planning. His work with a New York marketing firm, focusing on cause related marketing for multiple Fortune 100 and 500 clients, is a valuable resource for our institutional clients.
Will has been named by both Barron’s and Forbes as a Best In State and Best In Nation Wealth Advisor multiple times, and he is especially proud of the Team being chosen as the Forbes Best In State Wealth Management Team for 2023.
Will is the former chairman of the board for the Roper Mountain Science Center. He is active in the National Leadership Forum on Faith and Values in Washington, DC. Forbes has named him as one of America's Top Next Generation Wealth Advisors for multiple years running.
Will continues to work with several state governors to conduct student forums in the public arena and is active in the work of the International Foundation and the President’s Prayer Breakfast. He and his wife attend and serve at Downtown Presbyterian Church in Greenville, and are now the proud parents of four young children. Will enjoys golf, fly fishing, hunting, and flying.
Tracy joined the team in January of 2020. She has 23 years of experience in customer service from various industries, and 18 years of team leadership/management experience. For six years prior to joining UBS in 2020, Tracy worked for a large national brokerage firm and developed extensive experience in client service and back office securities operations. Her reputation for creating trust, approachability and ability to multitask and make decisions has led her to the role of Team Administrator. Tracy holds her Series 7, 24 and 66 securities licenses and is excited about using these skills to serve our clients. Tracy and her husband relocated to Greenville at the end of 2019 due to his job transfer and love to call Greenville home. They have two children and enjoy new dining experiences, the mountains, and spending time together as a family.
Denee’ joined our UBS Team in July 2021 as a Senior Registered Client Service Associate. Her industry licenses include: Series 6, 7, 63 and 66. She holds a Master’s of Business Administration with a concentration on accounting and has over 10 years of experience in the financial industry. Her prior experience with a competing firm as Lead Relationship Manager for their top clients makes us confident that she will continue to anticipate, meet and exceed your financial needs and expectations. Most of all, Denee’ loves the personal connection she makes with clients; building life-long relationships and earning her clients’ trust daily through responsive and excellent service. Outside of work Denee’ enjoys traveling, attending football games, and outdoor activities with her husband James.
Sarah has been a part of our team since 2015. She earned her B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of South Carolina. Sarah has over fifteen years of experience in the financial and banking industry. Prior to joining UBS, Sarah worked with other competing firms where she gained valuable knowledge and skills as a Client Service Associate. Her previous experience and attention to detail made Sarah the best candidate to be responsible for our client reporting and performance measurement. She also handles IRA distributions and gifting. Sarah is a native of Spartanburg but now resides in Greenville. She enjoys traveling, involvement with her church, and spending time with family and friends.
Ellen joined our UBS Team in March 2023 as a Client Service Associate. She comes to us with over 14 years of experience in both the financial services and healthcare industries. Her prior experience with a competing firm as a relationship manager gives us confidence that she will anticipate, meet, and exceed your service needs and expectations. Ellen loves the personal connection and deep relationships she makes with clients. Her focus with our team will be serving our clients as the first contact when you call our private client line. She looks forward to providing each client with an exceptional client experience.
