Kirk has dedicated his 35-year career at UBS Financial Services to helping families develop and maintain financial peace of mind.
Kirk holds a CIMA® certification, an education credential from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Finance. As a seasoned investment manager, he provides clients with professional portfolio analysis and guidance to achieve their financial goals. He offers not only an experienced perspective to our client's financial plans, but also a prudent approach to addressing the complex issues that accompany substantial wealth.
Kirk volunteers his time sitting on various boards such as Redlands Community Hospital. He enjoys golfing, fishing, hunting, and spending time with his two adult sons and wife, Caryl.
Jerry Fields has been a financial advisor with UBS since 1996 and now is Senior Vice President, Wealth Management with the Shelby-Fields Wealth Management team at UBS in Redlands, CA. In that time, he has provided financial guidance and advice beyond investing for a broad range of individuals and business-owners, helping them to establish both personal and business financial plans. His proficiencies include assisting non-profit organizations and businesses in establishing pension, SIMPLE, and 401k plans. As a Certified Exit Planner, he is adept in helping business owners to transition out of their businesses and into retirement.
Jerry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State Polytechnic, Pomona and has attended the University of Riverside Extension, earning a Certificate in Personal Financial Planning. With the additional certifications of Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor® and Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist®, Jerry assists not only business owners, but also executives and multigenerational families in addressing their most important priorities, planning for needs in retirement and the legacy they wish to leave their families or cherished causes.

He has held past board and volunteer positions with the Redlands Community Scholarship Foundation, the Redlands Community Foundation, The Redlands Bowl, and the Kiwanis Club of Redlands Scholarship Foundation. He lives in Redlands with his wife, Staci, and enjoys golf, cycling, tennis, pickleball, family outings, and travel.

Chris assists in client relationship management, cash management and preparing account reviews. He is also responsible for Shelby / Fields Wealth Management’s account service model. Chris is dedicated to helping the team achieve our mission and maintain the highest level of service to our clients.
Chris enjoys spending time with his family, grilling and traveling with his wife Dawn.
