Managing Director–Wealth Management
Modesto “Moe” Ruggiero is the Founder and Managing Director of Ruggiero Wealth Management (RWM), a boutique advisory practice with over 35 years of experience delivering tailored financial strategies to multigenerational families, business owners, and legacy-minded clients. Under Moe’s leadership, RWM has become a trusted partner in wealth preservation, investment management, and succession planning—often serving up to four generations within the same family.
Moe is a distinguished member of the UBS Pinnacle Club, an elite recognition awarded to the firm’s top-performing financial advisors for excellence in client service and business growth.
Prior to entering the financial services industry in 1986, Moe served as a Flight Test Engineer at McDonnell Douglas in St. Louis, contributing to the U.S. Navy’s F/A-18 program. His engineering background and analytical acumen laid the foundation for his transition into wealth management, where he combines technical precision with a deeply personal approach to client relationships.
Moe is actively engaged in civic and philanthropic initiatives. He is a proud alumnus of the University of Notre Dame, where he has held leadership roles including Chair of multiple committees, President of the ND Club of Cleveland, and a member of the Alumni Association Board of Directors. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Cleveland Clinic Marymount Hospital. His past community involvement includes supporting church endowment initiatives, youth tennis programs, and outreach centers for underserved populations.
Rooted in strong family values, Moe draws inspiration from his Italian heritage. He and his wife, Angela, reside in Brecksville and are proud parents of four adult children. Outside the office, Moe enjoys global travel, cycling, CrossFit, and playing bocce with family and friends.
