I am a Senior Vice President – Wealth Management at UBS and a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®). For more than two decades, I have worked with entrepreneurs, founders, and high-net-worth families navigating the complex intersection of business ownership and personal wealth.

My career began in the late 1990s in equities sales and trading, followed by investment advisory roles at global firms including J.P. Morgan and Bank of America Private Bank before joining UBS. 

Today, my work centers on helping business owners think strategically about the entire lifecycle of wealth:

• Building and growing enterprise value
• Preparing for liquidity events and exits
• Structuring generational wealth and legacy planning
• Managing wealth after the transition from operating business owner to investor

As a CEPA advisor, I believe exit planning is not a transaction. It is a multi-year strategy that aligns the business, the personal balance sheet, and the life that follows.

The goal is not simply to sell a company.

The goal is to help founders step into their next chapter with clarity, confidence, and financial strength.
