He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) certificant, a Registered Securities Principal and a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®), earning these designations in 1990, 1994, and 1999, respectively. For the past decade, Mark's business focus has been to serve as an investment management consultant to trustees of pension, health and welfare, and defined-contribution plans.
