He works holistically to develop personalized financial and estate plans, utilizing a strategic "GARP" philosophy in building personalized investment portfolios tailored to his client's specific goals and risk profiles. Frank is a passionate advocate for his clients; he works closely with local CPA and Attorneys to develop the client's customized wealth management plan.
A life-long resident, Frank and his wife, Nichola live with their three children, Kaitlin, Andrew and Susie. Frank works closely with a number of philanthropic organizations in various capacities and boards. In his spare time Frank, a classically trained musician, can be found in the local performing arts scene singing classical and a'capella music.

Prior to joining UBS in 2020, Sandrea worked in the Public Securities Group at Brookfield Asset Management. Sandrea sits on MOSAIC-Americas National Steering Committee as the COO. She is also on the board of USAfrica Children’s Fellowship working with Communities in Africa to promote teaching, learning, and skill development to help children and adults grow and thrive.
Sandrea earned a Masters in Business Administration from Concordia University Chicago in 2017 and holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses. Her Jamaican upbringing has made her passionate about financial literacy and social impact. She also enjoys a good run through the city, audiobooks, interior decorating and spending time with family and friends.
Andrew Moore is an ambitious financial enthusiast known for his diligent approach and burgeoning expertise in financial markets. With a diverse background in business development within the manufacturing industry, Andrew has honed his skills in fostering relationships and delivering impactful solutions.
During his 5 year tenure as a Business Development Representative, Andrew served as the intermediary between engineering and procurement teams, facilitating collaboration to deliver customized solutions tailored to meet clients' specific needs. These collaborations spanned multiple projects, involved stakeholders from both his company and his client's affiliate plants on an international scale, resulting in globally implemented changes in manufacturing and supply chain processes.
Andrew is drawing upon generational family knowledge to learn the ropes of the industry. His experience in problem-solving and collaboration equips him to create custom-tailored solutions in the financial services industry on a client-by-client basis, demonstrating his commitment to excellence and his eagerness to apply his skills in new and challenging contexts.

Kyle Shearer is a Registered Client Service Associate covering Madison Partners in Greenwich Connecticut. Kyle grew up in Peterborough, a town in southern New Hampshire nestled at the base of Mount Monadnock. After graduating high school, Kyle wanted to commit himself to a larger cause serving others and decided to enlist in the United States Marine Corps in the summer of 2019, returning in 2020 to begin his studies at Plymouth State University.
He discovered a vast enthusiasm for his discipline in finance, taking every opportunity to be involved with the School of Business. Kyle took a leadership role in the University Finance and Investment Club, where he managed the club’s investment portfolio, led guided discussions on financial planning, and planned the clubs’ events and funding. He was also selected as the first Plymouth’s Barron’s & Market Watch Ambassador. Kyle was awarded the PSU School of Business Excellence in Finance award and graduated Summa Cum Laude.
After college, Kyle was recruited into Madison Partners. He is an avid hiker, runner, and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
