Gregg serves as a Structured Solutions Consultant for the New York City and Northern New Jersey Market Areas, and Private Wealth Management; responsible for the positioning of Structured Products across all asset classes. Gregg works closely with Financial Advisors and their clients, helping them understand the risks and rewards of structured products, and how both portfolio and tactical ideas can fit into a client’s overall portfolio strategy.
Professional History Gregg joined UBS in 1998 and has held a variety of positions in Capital Markets. In his previous role, he served as a Municipal Bond Portfolio Specialist on the Northeast Municipal Bond Desk. Prior to that, he worked in Unit Investment Trusts as a member of the Equity Advisory Group. He has also served as a Financial Advisor in New York City. Professional History As part of the UBS Family Advisory and Philanthropy Services team, Elizabeth serves as a thought partner to advisors and their client families on wealth transition, family governance, and philanthropy as families seek guidance on cohesive dialogue between generations to perpetuate their legacy.
Prior to joining UBS, Elizabeth served in a dual capacity as President of the Neuberger Berman Foundation and Head of Corporate Social Responsibility from 2012 to 2019, leading all aspects of Neuberger Berman’s global philanthropic efforts, with a focus on education, workforce development and employee engagement. In 2018 she launched the firm’s client Philanthropic Advisory Services practice and co-chaired the firm’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Advisory committee from 2012 to 2016. She also served as a board member of the Neuberger Berman Foundation from 2009 – 2019.
Prior to this, Elizabeth worked at Lehman Brothers as a Senior Vice President of Corporate Philanthropy with a focus on the arts and strategic community partnerships. Before this, Elizabeth spent ten years at HSBC North America, where she served in various leadership roles in strategic planning; internal consulting; and community and philanthropic services. Elizabeth began her career in the audit group at Coopers & Lybrand LLP as a Certified Public Accountant. Liz is also Series 7 and 63 licensed.
Community Leadership Elizabeth serves as Vice Chair of the New York City Youth Board, which advises the Department of Youth and Community Development on its programs. She is also a member of the Executive Committee of Enterprise Community Partners New York Advisory Board, whose mission is helping families find safe, affordable housing, connected to opportunity. Education Elizabeth has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Master in Public Policy from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
