Jack joined the industry in 2000. After 13 years at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, he transitioned with the group to UBS in 2013. He is responsible for equity and fixed income portfolio management, with a specialty in equity compensation planning. Jack is committed to building relationships not only with individuals but also with entire families, helping to coordinate with their other professional advisors so that he can better help them achieve their lifetime goals.
He earned his B.A. degree in marketing from West Virginia University. A resident of Basking Ridge, NJ, Jack has four young children, Ella, Avry, Declan, and Lyla. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, skiing and fishing.

With over 40 years of experience in the financial services industry, John attributes his success to the fact that he cares deeply about his clients and their families. After 23 years in the life insurance industry, he joined the team in 1998.
John knows the value of hard work and dedication. After graduating from high school, he went straight to work for Mutual Benefit Life Insurance Company in Newark, NJ. He attended Rutgers University in the evenings and earned a B.S. degree in business management, graduating with high honors. He has earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) CHARTERED FINANCIAL CONSULTANT (ChFC®) and CHARTERED LIFE UNDERWRITER (CLU®) designations.
A New Jersey native, John and his wife, Suzanne, live in Morris Township. They have three children, Lauren, John, and Tess. John and his family enjoy spending time at the New Jersey Shore and are regular contributors to The Seeing Eye, Homeless Solutions, the First Aid Squad and the Volunteer Fire Dept. of Morristown. Outside of work, he enjoys playing basketball, tennis, golf, and bowling.

Jesse entered the financial services industry in 2001 and moved to UBS Financial Services in 2013. With a deep knowledge of his clients’ employer benefit package, he focuses specifically on retirement planning, asset preservation and estate planning.
A graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a degree in marketing, Jesse has also earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designation. He and his wife, Antonietta, have three young children, Joseph, Luke, and Laura.

Mike entered the financial services industry in 2006 and joined UBS in 2013 with the team. With a highly personalized approach focused on service and proper asset allocation, Mike provides clients with retirement planning, education planning and 401(k) rollover guidance that is informed by his extensive understanding of net unrealized appreciation (NUA).
Mike studied international business and philosophy at Northeastern University and earned the Chartered Retirement Planner Counselor (CRPC®) designation. An Eagle Scout, he’s active in the community with scouting and as a youth soccer coach. He and his wife reside in Morris County with their young daughter and son.

John Ryan is the portfolio manager for the Liberty Trail Wealth Management team’s Portfolio Management Program (PMP). After a decade in the accounting and consulting industries, he transitioned to the securities industry as an analyst at Smith Barney in 2008. He joined UBS in 2009 and then in 2019, John joined the Liberty Trail Wealth Management team.
John’s analytical and accounting background gives him the ability to leverage the intellectual capital of UBS and build PMP portfolios that satisfy our clients’ long-term objectives. John is passionate about sharing information acquired through the investment management process.

Harrison joined UBS in 2013 after a year with AXA Advisors and five years with The Rasweiler Group at Morgan Stanley. Committed to stellar client service and being responsive to their needs, Harrison focuses on retirement planning, net unrealized appreciation (NUA) analysis, asset allocation and equity diversification.
A graduate of Franklin & Marshall College, Harrison earned a B.S. degree in business, organizations and society. He is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and holds the Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist (CRPS®) and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) designation and his Series 7, 31 and 66 securities licenses. Before joining the team in 2012, Michael spent three years with the Morgan Stanley Wealth Management home office as a business analyst. This experience gave him a broad technical toolset to help support the team’s focus on corporate executives. Helping to prepare custom financial plans, Michael understands that his clients have unique goals and want information presented in ways that work best for them.
Michael holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses. He resides in West Orange, NJ with his wife and daughter.
Diane entered the financial services industry in 2007 and moved to UBS in 2013 with the group. As part of a team that prides itself on knowing its clients’ company culture, benefits and atmosphere better than anyone else, she helps ensure that all inquiries, issues and opportunities are handled in a timely and effective manner.
Diane earned a B.S. degree in finance and an M.B.A. with a double concentration in international business and financial management from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She holds Series 7 and 66 licenses, as well as the life and health insurance license, and the Chartered Retirement Planner Counselor (CRPC®) designation. Fluent in Portuguese, she is active in keeping the culture thriving with the Portuguese Club in Newark. Diane and her husband Carlos have two young daughters, Sara and Sofia.
Irina entered the financial services industry in 1998 and moved with the team to UBS in 2013. Originally from Russia, Irina worked for the mayor of St. Petersburg, which gave her valuable experience working with international clients on their investments. Fluent in German, French, Russian and English, she worked closely with banks in Europe promoting business for international clients in St. Petersburg and Moscow.
Irina earned an M.A. degree in linguistics from the prestigious State University of St. Petersburg and a degree in business management from New York Taylor Business Institute. She holds the Series 7 and 63 securities licenses. Irina supports the team by providing trading execution, research and administration. Because she believes in treating clients like family, Irina takes a warm and personal approach to all their inquiries, concerns and opportunities.
John joined the team in 2016 after graduating from Rutgers University with a Bachelor's Degree. He previously worked with the team with internships during the summers of 2012 & 2013. John also has passed the Series 7, Series 66, and life insurance exams. John specializes in Financial Planning and investment research for the team. Outside of his work related activities, John enjoys spending time with friends, playing golf, mountain biking and basketball.

First joining the Liberty Trail Wealth Management team in 2010, Shpend brings over a decade and a half of experience to his role as a Senior Wealth Strategy Associate. He focuses on alternative investments and private equity, while delivering a client first approach that ensures each person is handled with care and precision.
Shpend earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from William Paterson University, with minors in accounting, economics, and financial planning. He holds his Series 7 and 66 licenses.
Outside of the office, Shpend is a huge soccer fan and roots for Arsenal. He enjoys cheering at all of his daughter’s soccer games and spending time with his family. In his free time, he hosts post-game get-togethers—often including a game of basketball—and enjoys attending educational programs and sporting events with his children.

With five years of experience on the Liberty Trail Wealth Management team, Tess Cusate plays a key role in delivering exceptional client service and supporting the growth of her team’s practice through marketing initiatives. She works closely with the financial advisors on the team to coordinate client communications and enhance the team's overall brand presence. She holds the Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
As a graduate of Villanova University, Tess brings a thoughtful and professional approach to her work. Her contributions help drive both client satisfaction and the team’s ongoing business development efforts.
Outside of work, Tess enjoys playing tennis, the guitar, and experimenting with new recipes, though she'll be the first to admit that some turn out better than others.

Lori Wierzbinski is a dedicated Client Associate at UBS, bringing more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Her career spans 11 years at Merrill Lynch, 15 years at Oppenheimer, and the past 4 years at UBS, where she continues to deliver exceptional service and support to clients and the team.
Lori works closely with the Financial Advisors Michael Jordao and Harrison Hoyes. Over the past 4 years with the team, she has focused on strong client relationships and ensuring a seamless service experience. Known for her philosophy that no issue is too challenging and no question is too small, Lori is committed to providing thoughtful, responsive, and detail-oriented support.
Lori holds her Series 7 and Series 63 licenses. She values the relationships she builds with clients and colleagues, noting that the people she works with are her favorite part of the job.
Outside of the office, Lori resides in Springfield with her son and their three dogs. She has a strong passion for fitness and is a certified TRX trainer. In her free time, she enjoys working out, hiking, going for walks, and spending quality time with her son.

Jennie Bodnar is a valued member of the Liberty Trail Wealth Management team, known for her thoughtful approach and attention to details that make a meaningful difference to clients. For the past six years, she has played a key role in supporting the team’s day-to-day operations.
As oftentimes one of the first points of contact for clients, she is recognized for her kindness, patience, and genuine care—qualities she honed during her years as a full-time mother. She takes pride in personal touches, such as remembering client birthdays and ensuring important milestones are acknowledged. She also organizes team events, helping to foster both client and team connections.
Outside of the office, Jennie’s family is the center of her life. She and her husband Robert live in Mendham with their children Ryan and Caroline. She is a dedicated volunteer at St. James Parish in Basking Ridge, New Jersey and loves to travel, her favorite trips include the beach and the mountains.

She graduated from Lafayette College with a B.A. in Mathematics and Economics and earned her MBA from Fordham University, concentrating in Finance and Global Sustainability. Amanda holds the Series 7, 66, and 52 securities licenses.
Amanda resides in New Providence, NJ with her husband and young daughter. Outside of work, she enjoys skiing, biking, and reading.
