Dan draws on over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry to provide advice and leadership across a variety of complex financial topics. He oversees strategic wealth planning designed to offer solutions for each area of a client’s needs: financial and estate planning strategies, portfolio management, business and succession planning, credit and lending, insurance and charitable giving.

Business owners, entrepreneurs, and families have turned to him for financial planning and insight. Dan advises a highly concentrated number of families and businesses that focus primarily on planning, inter-generational wealth transfer, tax minimization, growth and preservation of capital.
Outside the office
Dan is active in various local and national non-profit organizations and currently sits on the board of the New England Chapter of the Anti-Defamation League as well as the New England and National Councils of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee.
Dan is a mentor in the American Corporate Partners program that connects post-9/11 veterans (Protégés) with corporate professionals (Mentors) for customized mentorships. ACP assists veterans on their path towards fulfilling, long-term careers, whether the veteran is job searching or newly employed.
Dan has participated as a rider in the Pan Mass Challenge for the past twelve years and has raised over $90,000 for cancer research at the Dana Farber Cancer Research Center.
In June of 2009, Dan was presented with the Krupp Leadership Award by the Anti-Defamation League. This award is given to community members who demonstrate outstanding dedication and leadership on behalf of the ADL. In May of 2005, Dan was presented with the Esther Leah Ritz Emerging Leaders Award by the Jewish Community Centers of America.
Dan lives in Newton with his fiance Jamie, and his kids Josh, Max, Isla and Walter. In his spare time he enjoys biking, fishing in Cape Cod and Alaska, and playing golf.
Mina is a Senior Wealth Strategy Associate for Lewin Wealth Management. In her role, she manages the day-to-day focus on holistic wealth management, assisting with investment decisions, and supporting financial planning. Mina’s experience includes advising successful entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, and other corporate executives in the innovation economy through multi-faceted investment approaches that focus on holistic wealth management. These customized solutions consist of guidance through liquidity events, succession and exit planning, funding rounds, compensation issues including dealing with concentrated equity compensation, legacy planning strategies, retirement planning as well as the impact of career changes. She particularly enjoys working with business owners and female investors on finding progressive strategies to address their unique goals and objectives.
Mina graduated with honors from Bentley University with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance. Prior to joining UBS in 2015, Mina worked in a boutique, real estate Private Equity firm where she underwrote assets along the East Coast and then at Credit Suisse Private Banking.
Mina was born in Bulgaria, and regularly travels back with donations for The Red Cross. In her spare time, she enjoys playing tennis, traveling throughout Europe with her husband and son, and returning to her home in Brookline, MA.

Todd works with ultra-high net worth families, helping them to design and implement wealth strategies that reflect their values and goals. He helps families and individuals to create multi-generational structures for managing their wealth, fulfilling their philanthropic visions, and optimizing tax effects. In addition, he reviews their trust agreements and other estate planning documents to ensure that the documents align with their planning objectives.
Professional History
Before joining UBS, Todd was general counsel of Perspecta Trust. He previously was a partner in Cleveland, Waters and Bass and earlier served as president of Cambridge Trust Company of New Hampshire and a senior vice president of Cambridge Trust Company. Before that, he practiced trust and tax law with Cleveland, Waters and Bass.
Todd is the consulting editor of Private Trust Companies: A Handbook for Advisers (Globe Law and Business, forthcoming 2020). He also was a principal author of the New Hampshire Family Trust Company Act (which govern private trust companies) and the New Hampshire Foundation Act (which was the first act recognizing civil law-type foundations in the US).
