Understanding your life, your wealth and what you want to accomplish is at the core of our practice. We'll discuss your goals, the people who are most important in your life and your vision for the future. Then we'll help you organize your financial life into three strategies: Liquidity—to help provide cash flow for short-term expenses, Longevity—for longer-term needs and Legacy—for needs that go beyond your own.
Timeframes may vary. Strategies are subject to individual client goals, objectives and suitability. This approach is not a promise or guarantee that wealth, or any financial results, can or will be achieved.
Senior Vice President–Wealth Management
Kim Penzone began her career in 1999, at the beginning of what could be described as one of the equity market's most tumultuous decades since the great depression. Over the past 16 years she has helped clients manage their wealth through good times and bad.
For Kim, investing is similar to her athletic passions...first set the goal and then work backwards in setting up the training plan in order to make sure you accomplish that goal.
Kim enjoys ultra distance sporting events (such as Ironman triathlons and ultra marathons), which require intense planning and preparation in multiple disciplines over a long period of time. She notes that many times during the training you are bombarded by unexpected events or injuries that can derail everything you've been working towards in an instant. She believes it takes focus and discipline to work through each difficulty by utilizing the best tools, knowledge and strategies that can be found in order to keep the plan in place. "I enjoy applying those same disciplines and strategies to helping my clients achieve their own personal financial goals at UBS. There will always be obstacles - the key to success is staying focused on the long term plan and making well thought out adjustments along the way."
Kim is a CFP professional; a designation awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc., and also holds the Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM designation. She is series 7 & 66 licensed, as well as life, health and annuity insurance licensed.
She resides in Powell with her husband, Pete; daughter, Samantha; and two Weimaraners. When she and her family are not doing some sort of outdoor sport, Kim likes to volunteer for Companion Dog Park in Powell or Preservation Parks of Delaware County.
