Private Wealth Management
Our comprehensive planning process begins with meaningful conversations about what matters most to you. By focusing on your priorities, we'll learn all we can about you, your family and your business. We will then work together to build a plan that helps put you—and keep you—on track pursuing your goals.
Our mission is to provide quality strategies customized to your needs. Our goal is to be your primary source of financial advice. To this end, we concentrate our efforts on developing long-term relationships through a commitment to quality client service.
Leonard is the Founder of Kichler Wealth Management, where he oversees an experienced team dedicated to serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families and entities. Leonard is one of a select group of UBS Financial Advisors to hold the designation of Private Wealth Advisor.
Leonard delivers a deeply personalized approach to wealth management. He works closely with clients to understand their priorities, define long-term objectives, and develop comprehensive strategies that often span multiple generations. His practice is grounded in building enduring relationships and guiding families through the evolving complexities of wealth, legacy, and stewardship.
Leonard joined UBS nearly 20 years ago through its acquisition of McDonald Investments, where he served as a Financial Advisor and Private Banker. Prior to entering wealth management, he spent 23 years in senior banking leadership roles, including Executive Vice President at Metropolitan Bank & Trust and Senior Vice President at National City Corp. This extensive background provides him with a unique perspective, particularly when advising corporate executives and business owners on liquidity planning, credit and lending strategies, and broader financial decision-making.
Leonard earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management. A lifelong Clevelander, he is a dedicated community leader and currently serves on the board of the Arthritis Foundation of Northeastern Ohio, InMotion where he is a past Board Chair, and the Advisory Board of the Case Western Weatherhead School of Management. He also serves as a mentor in the American Corporate Partners program. Outside of his professional and philanthropic commitments, Leonard enjoys music, golf, tennis, travel, and spending time with his four daughters, as well as family and friends.
Conor began his UBS career in 2015 as part of the firm’s Wealth Planning Associate program, where he developed and presented hundreds of financial plans for clients across Northeast Ohio. This experience provided a strong foundation across a broad range of planning scenarios.
He has been a member of the Kichler Wealth Management team since 2017. In his role, Conor focuses on comprehensive financial planning, investment management, and cultivating next-generation relationships. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® practitioner and a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®), reinforcing his commitment to delivering sophisticated, planning-led advice. Drawing from his own life experiences—including raising a young family and purchasing a first home—he brings a relatable perspective to many of the decisions clients and their families face.
Conor earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from John Carroll University, where he was a member of the university’s varsity basketball team. His experience as a student-athlete instilled a strong sense of discipline, teamwork, and accountability—qualities that continue to shape his professional approach today.
Outside the office, Conor enjoys spending time with his wife, Niki, and their children, Caden and Harper. He maintains an active lifestyle through basketball, golf, and fitness. A Rocky River resident, Conor remains active in the community and has served on the Associate Board of the West Side Catholic Center for nearly a decade.
Joe joined the Kichler Wealth Management team in June 2026 and plays an active role in supporting the team’s planning-based approach to wealth management. He works closely with the team to help maintain and administer client relationships, contributing to the delivery of thoughtful, personalized financial guidance. Joe’s interest in the industry was solidified during his 2025 summer internship at the downtown Cleveland UBS branch.
Joe earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Xavier University’s Williams College of Business, where he majored in Finance and minored in Economics and Italian Studies. While at Xavier, he was a member of the Xavier University Finance Association and served as Chief Investment Officer of D’Artagnan Capital, the university’s student-run investment fund responsible for managing a portion of Xavier’s endowment. He also studied abroad in Rome during the summer of 2024, expanding both his academic and global perspective.
Joe is currently pursuing his Series 7 and 66 securities licenses and plans to obtain his CFP® designation. He is passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals and making a positive impact within his community.
Outside of the office, Joe enjoys playing golf and tennis and has set a personal goal of golfing in all 50 states. He also enjoys cooking and exploring a variety of cuisines. Having recently moved to Lakewood, Joe enjoys discovering local restaurants while cheering on Cleveland’s sports teams.
