Our comprehensive planning process begins with meaningful conversations about what matters most to you. By focusing on your priorities, we'll learn all we can about you, your family and your business. We will then work together to build a plan that helps put you—and keep you—on track pursuing your goals.
Our mission is to provide quality strategies customized to your needs. Our goal is to be your primary source of financial advice. To this end, we concentrate our efforts on developing long-term relationships through a commitment to quality client service.
Leonard is the Founder of Kichler Wealth Management, where he oversees an experienced team dedicated to serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families and entities. Leonard is one of a select group of UBS Financial Advisors to hold the designation of Private Wealth Advisor.
Leonard delivers a deeply personalized approach to wealth management. He works closely with clients to understand their priorities, define long-term objectives, and develop comprehensive strategies that often span multiple generations. His practice is grounded in building enduring relationships and guiding families through the evolving complexities of wealth, legacy, and stewardship.
Leonard joined UBS nearly 20 years ago through its acquisition of McDonald Investments, where he served as a Financial Advisor and Private Banker. Prior to entering wealth management, he spent 23 years in senior banking leadership roles, including Executive Vice President at Metropolitan Bank & Trust and Senior Vice President at National City Corp. This extensive background provides him with a unique perspective, particularly when advising corporate executives and business owners on liquidity planning, credit and lending strategies, and broader financial decision-making.
Leonard earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management. A lifelong Clevelander, he is a dedicated community leader and currently serves on the board of the Arthritis Foundation of Northeastern Ohio, InMotion where he is a past Board Chair, and the Advisory Board of the Case Western Weatherhead School of Management. He also serves as a mentor in the American Corporate Partners program. Outside of his professional and philanthropic commitments, Leonard enjoys music, golf, tennis, travel, and spending time with his four daughters, as well as family and friends.
Conor’s career at UBS began in 2015, when he joined the firm through the Wealth Planning Associate program, where he was tasked with creating/updating and presenting hundreds of financial plans for clients of financial advisors all around Northeast Ohio. This provided him with invaluable experience in a wide range of planning situations that help him serve his clients in his role financial advisor on the Kichler Wealth Management team. Being able to connect with clients, to learn about their families, upbringing, careers, concerns and goals—and then deliver personalized solutions that fit their specific set of circumstances—is the most satisfactory part of his job.
In his role as a financial advisor, Conor focuses on financial planning, investment management and next-generation relationships. In his thirties, he has experienced many of the life events that the team’s clients or client’s children experience—from raising young children to buying first homes—which helps him relate on a personal level to the issues they may face.
Conor grew up on Cleveland’s West Side and has volunteered his time at the Westside Catholic Center since becoming an Associate Board member there in 2017. He loves spending time with his wife, Niki, and their children, Caden and Harper. He stays physically active through basketball, golf and working out, and enjoys cheering on Cleveland’s sports teams, traveling and exploring new cuisines and restaurants.
Brad rejoined the Kichler Wealth Management Team in 2022 having previously worked for the group as in intern in 2018. A Cleveland native, Brad brings deep ties to the community and a commitment to helping individuals and families make thoughtful, informed financial decisions.
Brad earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Miami University's Farmer School of Business. While at Miami, he was a member of the university's Student Run Investment Fund where he helped manage a portion of the endowment. He also participated in the Farmer School of Business Korea Winter Olympic Program, spending six months studying the economies, business environments and cultures in Asia including a month training and volunteering at the 2018 Pyeongchang Olympics.
Brad began his career at Ameriprise Financial in Westlake, Ohio where he he obtained his Series 7 and 66 securities licenses along with his Ohio Life, Accident & Health, and Variable Insurance licenses. After returning to UBS Brad spent more than four years supporting the team's client relationships before transitioning into his current role as a Financial Advisor. Today, Brad works closely with clients to design and implement personalized wealth strategies with a focus on long term planning, portfolio construction, and helping families align their financial decisions with their broader life goals. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER practitioner, he reinforces the team's comprehensive, planning-based approach to wealth management.
Outside of the office Brad enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle. He and his wife Dania are proud homeowners in Cleveland Heights and enjoy spending free time on home projects and renovations. They rescued a kitten who showed up at their doorstep and has since become Brad's second shadow at home. A lifelong aviation enthusiast, Brad is currently pursuing his private pilot's license. Brad is also active in the community, serving as Vice President of The Gathering Place’s Rising Leaders Council and as a trustee for the Forest Hill Home Owners Association.
