    I began my career when the Dow Jones was at 800. I remember that it was a memorable day when the Dow crossed 1000. I have seen Money Markets and CDs yield more than 16%. Over the last 33 years, I have witnessed both bull and bear market cycles, the birth of Apple and the death of General Motors.

    Prior to becoming a Financial Advisor I was a professional photographer. Photography allowed me to finance my college education. I graduated from Monmouth University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. I believe that applying my creativity to our Financial Planning Process helps distinguish us as a wealth management team.

    I currently reside in Holmdel, NJ with my wife Judy. I have three children, Daniel, Kimberly and Dylan and a 130 pound dog named Buddy. I am still very passionate about photography, enjoy a good round of golf, and spending time with my family.

        Gabriel has been at UBS for six years and providing financial advice to private clients for over ten years. In that time, Gabriel’s primary focus has been working with families and corporate clients. The majority of his clients are made up of business owners, executives and trustees of organizations which allows him to assist with their personal finances as well as their for profit or not for profit business.

        Gabriel is an avid networker and handles the groups internal and external professional relationships and strategic partnerships. Internally he interacts with the corporate retirement group, the business development group and other institutional partners in order to connect our clients with the right resource for whatever goal they are trying to achieve. Externally, he works with a network of professionals to insure that clients have strong partners in terms of estate planning, accounting, commercial insurance and other pertinent areas.

        Gabriel is responsible for overseeing the groups retirement and institutional business. As a Retirement Plan Consultant, he is one of a small number of advisors at UBS who is certified to act as a co-fiduciary to plan sponsors and employers. He is well versed in the different types of available retirement plans as well as other executive benefits. 

        Gabriel is extremely dedicated to his community. He serves on the board of multiple non-profits, volunteering the majority of his time as the President of Elijah’s Promise which harnesses the power of food to break the cycle of poverty, alleviate hunger, and change lives in Central New Jersey. He is the Chairman of the Middlesex County Workforce Development board and sits on the board of the Middlesex County Regional Chamber of Commerce, as well as others. . He resides in Colts Neck, New Jersey with his wife Jacqueline and sons Jacob and Liam. In his free time he enjoys playing golf, woodworking, playing the drums, kayaking, biking and spending time with his family.

            Jacob became a fully registered financial advisor prior to graduating from Dickinson College in 2016.  During his time at school, Jacob was an economics major while playing on the collegiate soccer team and participated in the NCAA national tournament all four years.  Before joining the Karstadt Financial Group, Jacob worked in the Wealth Advice Center as a financial advisor and as a Wealth Planning Associate in the Northern New Jersey Market.

            As a financial advisor associate, Jacob's primary responsibility is financial planning.  He is currently a Certified Financial Planner®, Accredited Wealth Management Advisor®, and a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor®. He offers in-depth knowledge of many financial planning solutions that can be tailored to address each client’s individual priorities.   Jacob strives to deliver what clients need most today— Advice. Beyond investing.  Some of the planning  areas he focuses on are retirement planning, cash flow analysis, stock awards and employee benefits, estate and multigenerational planning, risk and liability management planning, life and long-term care insurance, charitable giving strategies and executive compensation and benefit strategies.

            In addition  to financial planning, he holds other responsibilities on the investment and technology areas of the business. He focuses on developing and executing investment portfolios and asset allocation strategies that are customized for every client. On the technology front, Jacob is able to deliver the firm's technology to clients in effort to provide the structure client's need in their financial life.  In his spare time, Jacob enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching sports and playing chess.

                  I started in the industry in 1980 with Tucker Anthony & R.L. Day. I spent 17 years there as a Wire Operator, Assistant to the Branch Manager, and as a Sales Assistant. I joined PaineWebber as a Sales Assistant in 1997.

                  I understand the importance of a Senior Client Service Associate. My 30 years in this industry allows me to deliver an exceptional client experience. I am the point-person for all aspects of account administration. This may include account opening, navigation of the UBS On-Line Service system, statement reviews and all operational issues a client may have.

                  I currently live in Red Bank and in my free time, I enjoy the beach and reading.
