Julia has been in the Wealth Management services over 20 years. She has strong passion working with clients and believes the highest priorities of her job is to provide superior, professional services to clients and help clients to achieve their optimal financial goals.
As a Financial Advisor and Portfolio Manager, Julia first works with clients to set up their financial goal. The goal needs to be clearly communicated, reasonably set up and is with the time horizon and risk tolerance most suitable to clients. Julia implements a systematic and organized procedure of portfolio management. She conducts periodic portfolio reviews with clients in person or over the phone. In these reviews, Julia goes over market updates, firm's investment outlooks, portfolio's status, and necessary asset reallocations. These reviews, together with appropriate modifications, and effective executions, help clients to attain optimal result of portfolio performances.
In addition to portfolio performances, Julia reviews client's total financial pictures and make essential recommendations to clients in the area of estate planning, children college funding, retirement preparations, life insurance, and credit financing arrangements. Julia works closely with CPAs, tax attorneys, and insurance professionals to achieve the best benefits of client's financial life.
Julia has a B.S. degree from Brigham Young University and an MBA degree from California State University – Sacramento. Julia had worked four years as a Business Banking manager at Citibank, reviewing lending applications from corporations in San Francisco Bay area. Before joining UBS, Julia was a Managing Director/International Wealth Management Advisor at Merrill Lynch / Bank of America for 18 years.
Julia is Series 7, 63, and 65 licensed. She holds CA Life Insurance license and Portfolio Manager designation at UBS.

Wealth Strategy Associate
Andy Liu joined UBS Financial Services Inc. in May 2022. His primary responsibilities are executing orders, curating diverse investment concepts and market perspectives, and delivering comprehensive, timely solutions tailored to individual client needs.
Prior to his tenure at UBS, Andy spent three years as a Private Client Banker at JPMorgan Chase Bank, serving high-net-worth clients and developing a profound understanding of banking operations and products. Andy also worked as a Market Research Analyst at an E-commerce firm.
Andy is based in San Francisco and fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Statistics from the University of California, Davis.
Andy is licensed with Series 7 and 66, and he also holds CA Life Insurance license.
Client Associate
Priscilla joined UBS Financial Services Inc. in November 2021. Her primary responsibilities are establishing new accounts, credit/loan facilities and trust & estate planning, responding to client requests and working with the team to address their needs, preparing analytical reports on fund performance and market outlooks, along with client meeting materials.
Prior joining to UBS, Priscilla contributed to business development in a digital food marketplace, where she gained in-depth understanding of corporate finance and operations for small business. Priscilla strives to provide excellent service to clients as well as data-driven research for Julia to make the most accurate and comprehensive evaluations and recommendations for clients to achieve their investment objectives.
Priscilla is based in San Francisco and is fluent in English and Mandarin. She holds a master’s degree in Applied Economics & Finance from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
