Senior Vice President–Wealth Management


Jim Mead is a Senior Partner with The Pacific Wealth Group, focusing primarily on investment and wealth management strategies for high net worth individuals and foundations. With over 34 years of experience in the industry, he has earned the titles Senior Vice President, Wealth Advisor and Senior Portfolio Manager. Located in the team's Bend, Oregon office, he currently holds the Certified Financial Planner ™ (CFP®), Certified Investment Management Analyst®  (CIMA®) and Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) designations. As a Certified Exit Planning Advisor, he helps clients prepare their estates for the future liquidity they are destined to earn, and helps plan for the complex challenges they may face—those that are known, as well as those unforeseen. Jim and The Pacific Wealth Group are frequently acknowledged by Oregon Business Magazine as top advisors, and were recently recognized in the top ten. Additionally, 

Jim and his wife Kim are celebrating 29 years together, and have three children. Originally from the San Francisco area, Jim graduated from the University of San Diego before spending his last 20 years in Bend, Oregon. Whether it involves snow skiing, wakeboarding, hunting, mountain biking, or community involvement, Jim is on the go, taking full advantage of all that Central Oregon has to offer, while appreciating his responsibility to give back to the community.
