Jeff has been providing customized wealth management strategies for business owners, executives, and families with uniquely complex financial lives since 1999. He holds the CFP® (CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional) and CEPA (Certified Exit Planning Advisor) designations. He joined UBS Financial Services in 2015, previously he was a First Vice President-Wealth Management at Merrill Lynch, an Analyst for Merrill Lynch Investment Banking, a Consultant for Merrill Lynch Alternative Investments, and a Special Assistant to the CFO & COO of a major children's book publisher and entertainment company. Jeff earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Marketing from University at Albany- State University of New York.

Jeff, his wife, their two children and retired racing greyhounds reside in Hudson Valley New York. He has served at executive board member for the JDRF Great New York Chapter and co-president of the JDRF Westchester/Fairfield/Hudson Valley chapter, Treasurer of his Temple, Chair the Jewish Federation of Greater Orange County NY endowment committee and he donates his time to Children with Diabetes running the Dad's group. He is part of Strategic Coach 10X Ambition community on his journey for never ending learning and growth personally and professionally to find new ways to add value and live fully.

In 2014 his daughter was diagnosed with T1D and ever since one of his top priorities has been to work with organizations that are improving the lives of people with diabetes as well as those searching for a cure.

John O’Leary and Mike Giacone are the leaders and founders of their respective Wealth Management teams. Giacone Partners joined UBS from Morgan Stanley and O’Leary Partners from Wachovia, both in 2009. As strategic partners, our teams seek to deliver comprehensive and complementary advice and solutions.

The collaboration between the two teams allows us to deploy each advisor’s specific experience for the benefit of our clients. Mike has steered clients through more than 31 years of varying financial markets. Mike constructs and oversees several customized financial models. He has extensive experience in selecting and monitoring top institutional money managers, hedge funds and private equity funds.

Mike's industry expertise has navigated clients through more than 35 years of varying financial markets. Mike is the Senior Portfolio Manager and founder of Giacone Partners.

As a Senior Portfolio Manager, Mike constructs and oversees several customized financial models. He has extensive experience in selecting and monitoring top institutional money managers, hedge funds and private equity funds. Mike's top priority as a Senior Portfolio Manager is risk mitigation–keeping clients' wealth and legacy always at the forefront of the investment process.

Prior to joining UBS in 2009, Mike was a member of Morgan Stanley's prestigious Chairman's Club and was appointed head of the FA Council. He is now an esteemed member of the Chairman's Club at UBS. Mike received his B.S. in Business from Wagner College and completed the Senior Financial Advisor Program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He has completed the UBS Portfolio Management Program and maintains his Series 7, Series 3, Series 63, Series 65, and Series 8 securities licenses, as well as his Insurance license.

Mike has two children and currently lives in Westfield, NJ with his wife Jean. Outside of the office, Mike is an avid boater, and has a passion for deep sea fishing.
John O'Leary

Once identified, he then shifts his focus to each client’s risk tolerance and combines these factors to offer his clients custom tailored strategies and solutions. John’s private wealth management team primarily focuses on professionals, business owners, doctors, retirees and women investors. Aside from working with individuals, John also has experience advising institutional clients in conjunction with UBS’s Business Development Group and Investment Bank.

Outside of UBS, John has appeared in Forbes and Research Magazines, serves on the Board of Trustees and Executive Board for Saint Leo University in Florida, and also serves as a board member for the Key West Art & Historical Society.

In his free time, John enjoys boating, reading and volunteering in his community. He and his wife, Karen, spend time between their residences in the Tri-State Area and South Florida and are parents to three adult children.

He graduated with a B.A. from Rutgers University, Rutgers College where he was a member of the Lacrosse Team '88 to '92 and honored recipient of the Robert Collett Award. He also completed the Morgan Stanley Investment Consultant's Program at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Tom is the team Syndicate Coordinator and Equity Specialist. He lives in Fairfield, CT with his wife and two children and is active in his community. Tom plays in a masters lacrosse league and enjoys tennis and cycling.

Following graduation, Michael played out his final season with the Eagles while pursuing a Master's Degree in Leadership & Administration. After receiving his Master's degree in May of 2017, Michael joined Giacone Partners in June of 2017.

Michael, a Certified Investment Management Analyst^®, focuses on constructing investment strategies, conducting due diligence screenings and exploring alternative investment solutions. He is the team’s Certified Exit Planning Advisor^®, specializing in helping business owners achieve successful transitions and exits. Michael currently lives in Westfield, New Jersey with his Wife and Daughter.
