He and his team seamlessly work with their client's tax and legal advisors to implement comprehensive wealth-transfer and charitable-giving strategies.

He also designs specific estate plans, concentrated equity divestitures (RS, RSU, ISO, NQ , and 10b-51) and pre-liquidity transactions.
