Shaun looks at his work as if he is a family member trying to care for their finances from the beginning of family planning to the end of life.
He values trust, hard work and really caring about his clients. As a trusted advisor who has seen circumstances from a long-term perspective, Shaun knows that some of his best work occurs when markets are in turmoil or when clients’ lives are difficult.
Passionate about the Dayton arts community, Shaun serves on The Miriam Rosenthal Foundation Board and is a former board member at WDPR. He is on the Development Committee for the Dayton Foundation and serves as the Education Chair for the Greene County Community Foundation. He and his wife Susan have two daughters and make their home in Beavercreek. Outside the office, he cycles, fits in some tennis and golf and is the drummer for his church praise band.
Tim finds joy and fulfillment when serving others. Throughout his life, Tim has applied a servant leadership philosophy to both his personal and professional life.
He began his career in financial services as a senior in high school in 1987 and joined UBS in 2004. For much of his time at UBS, Tim served as both a Financial Advisor for his clients and as a Branch Manager for the firm. In 2018, Tim relinquished his branch management responsibilities to focus exclusively on serving the needs of his clients and providing leadership, encouragement and support to his partners.
In addition to his work experience, Tim earned a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Spring Arbor University. He also earned the Accredited Asset Management Specialist designation from the College for Financial Planning and successfully completed the UBS Wealth Management Executive Education Program.
Having grown up in a Navy family, Tim is proud to volunteer as a mentor for American Corporate Partners. In this role, Tim partners with active duty service members nearing retirement. He forms a mentoring relationship with them to help them transition successfully in to civilian life. Tim also serves as a "Big Brother" for Big Brothers Big Sisters Miami Valley. He provides friendship and role modeling to make a positive and lasting impact on his life.
Tim enjoys fly fishing, pheasant hunting and spending time on his boat. He is also passionate about fine wine and cooking and loves sharing these passions with his clients and friends.
What excites Dan most about his profession, is the opportunity to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. He focuses on understanding the clients hopes and fears and then helps them achieve their financial goals.
Dan started his career in the financial services industry as a financial advisor with Merrill Lynch in 1991. Years later, he moved to Key Investments, whose name changed to McDonald Investments, this was then acquired by UBS in 2007.
Having attended the University of Dayton on a Basketball scholarship, Dan received the Scholar Athlete award for two consecutive years. He earned his bachelor's degree in engineering and went on to receive a master’s degree in business administration.
Being passionate about basketball, Dan spent many years coaching and developing young players in the Dayton area. He and his wife, Margie, enjoy spending time with family, playing golf, hiking and skiing at their second home in Snowshoe, West Virginia. Their main residence is in Miamisburg and they have three daughters and one son.
Dave strives to establish long-term relationships with his clients to help them achieve continuity in asset allocation, portfolio management and financial planning.
He began his wealth management career in 1982 at EF Hutton which was later acquired by Lehman Brothers and then Smith Barney. In 2006, he joined UBS and is now a Senior Vice President.
Dave earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Dayton and holds the Portfolio Manager designation from UBS. Earning this designation requires an advanced investment management skill set and allows him to manage portfolios on a discretionary basis for clients who empower him to do so.
As a longtime resident of Centerville, Dave enjoys golfing as a member of Sugar Valley Golf Club, downhill skiing and fishing the lakes of Upstate New York where he grew up and travels often to see family. He has been married to his wife Linda for 37 years and they have two children, Caelen and Alex.
Jim takes pride in truly understanding his clients. Together they chart a path that lead the clients to accomplish their most desirable ambitions.
Having worked in the industry for over 30 years, he has in depth knowledge of the markets and knows how to ask the correct questions to get the best possible outcomes for clients. Throughout his career, Jim has been well-known for being very loyal to his clients as well as aiding in their success now and for future generations to come.
As a graduate of The Ohio State University and Jim has a strong loyalty to the Buckeyes. He also supports the University of Dayton, attending a majority of their basketball games.
Jim resides in Centerville with his wife Sheila and has two children, Tyler and Jessica. Together they enjoy traveling, golfing, and skiing. He has supported and volunteered to many local charities over the years.
Brandy believes she is doing her best work when she is creating a financial plan for her clients and helping them envision what they want their future to look like.
To her, it’s all about earning trust and doing what you say you are going to do. She values being part of the journey each client is taking and especially enjoys educating families on options that can help achieve their goals.
Her financial industry career with UBS started with answering a good, old fashioned newspaper ad. Now, a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, she recently added to her skills by becoming a CERTIFIED DIVORCE FINANCIAL ANALYST®, allowing her to help clients and their attorneys during the divorce process.
Brandy currently resides in Dayton with her husband and two daughters, Willow and Tessa. She enjoys spending time with family, being an active member at their church and going to dance and cheer practices with her girls.
A strong work ethic combined with a fascination to new ideas are Josh’s keys to success. He focuses on building a reputation as an honest, driven, hard worker and believes that seeking out new perspectives is vital to strengthening the options he presents to clients.
Since joining UBS in 2018, Josh went from being our lead intern to learning the responsibilities of a client associate. Now, as a Wealth Management Associate, he works with the team’s Financial Advisors to build financial plans and provide individual investment research. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Financial Services at Wright State in 2021 and holds his series 7, 66 and life insurance license.
Josh was born and raised in Waynesville where he still resides today. He enjoys golfing, baseball, skiing and frequent trips to visit his fiancée in Mexico City.
Cora has worked in customer service and sales for over 15 years and loves working with people, building long-lasting relationships and helps to make sure that no question goes unanswered. She manages events, plans marketing strategies and organizes business opportunities for the team.
Seeing her father’s similar passion for helping people become able to retire led her to work with him at UBS. She started her career at UBS in 2017 and went from being a client service associate to now the Team Events Specialist. She received her bachelor’s degree from Wright State University in 2013 and also went on to complete a two-year certificate at Sinclair in Graphic Design and Digital Media.
Cora lives in Springboro. She enjoys the outdoors and loves photography, fly fishing, kayaking, skiing and gardening. She also has a soft spot for animals and advocates for adopting animals through local shelters.
Cassandra strives to deliver the best service experience by providing personal and professional attention to our clients. She values honesty and treating everyone with the utmost respect. One of her main roles is to provide the execution of many of the team's trading functions.
She began her financial services career in 1989, where she was working for Dean Witter Reynolds as a receptionist then became a cashier. In 1994, she joined McDonald Investments, who was later acquired by UBS. Fast forward to today, Cassandra celebrates working with her team at UBS for over 28 years.
Cassandra lives with her son, Robert, in Dayton. She enjoys gardening, volunteering at her place of worship and spending time with family and friends.
Amanda feels most rewarded when she sees a family’s financial plan has given them real peace of mind. She enjoys taking the time to get to know clients at a deeper level, not only to help them in their time of need, but to learn how she can help them with their future goals.
With over 20 years of client relationship management at UBS, Amanda brings extensive experience in working with individuals through partnering with the advisor to bring thoughtful strategies to help them feel more comfortable. The knowledge she brings to our team extends from working with branch management, to understanding operations and most recently being a primary customer service associate for another large team.
Amanda and her husband, Josh, reside in Tipp City with their children Anderson and Adeline and their beloved French Bulldogs, Charlie and Frank.
In her free time, Amanda loves a good podcast, traveling with her family and friends, as well as entertaining friends on the weekends and attending her children’s extra curricular activities.
Tullia enjoys providing exceptional service to our clients. She handles our daily operational and administrative service. She truly values the relationships she has formed over the years with clients and colleagues.
She began her career with AXA Advisors in 1989 as a District Manager's Administrative Assistant in Irvine, California. In 1996, Tullia moved to Dayton, Ohio and she was then rehired by AXA in 1997 taking on the same job title. After 25 years of service with AXA, Tullia joined UBS as a Client Service Associate in December 2013 where she continues to thrive.
Tullia lives in Brookville with her husband Steve. She enjoys, cooking, gardening and entertaining friends at their home. She and Steve like long motorcycle rides, traveling, going to concerts and museums. Tullia’s greatest joy is spending time with her son, daughter, son-in-law, and three grandchildren.
Chloe is known for her infectious smile and positive attitude. She believes in being a team player and is always ready to take on whatever life throws her way. While in high school, she would help her mom stuff envelopes in the office and grew to love the way we help ease the minds of clients in helping them be able to achieve their goals.
She took an internship on our team in 2022 and has become a valued team member since then. She studied at the University of Dayton receiving her bachelor’s degree in Finance and Business Administration with a minor in Marketing. She currently holds her SIE certification and is studying to become fully licensed.
When she’s not studying, Chloe enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and coaching dance.
