Andrew Ruboyianes, CFP®, discovered a love for finance while growing up in the industry under the wing of his father  (Jim) who has been with what is now UBS for 38 years.  As a youth Andrew was an accomplished athlete, Eagle Scout and The Vice President of National DECA.  After completing an undergraduate degree in communication and business from the University of Arizona, he joined his father at UBS as a financial advisor.  Andrew has gone on to complete the Wealth Advisor designation at UBS and has become a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Practitioner. 

Andrew is married to Alexia who he met at church at an early age.  Together they love to run, cook and spend time with their three children.

I began my career in financial services in 1986  after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Northern Arizona University.  I came to UBS in 2012 after a 16 year career at Merrill Lynch. I was the Associate Resident Director for the Merrill Lynch office in Green Valley AZ from 2007 to 2010.  Previously I worked for First Interstate Bank of Arizona.

My relationships with my clients are long term and are built on understanding and meeting their unique needs.  In my relationships with my clients I often provide them advice that goes beyond investment management.

I  provide my clients with core investment strategies and provide them with tactical asset allocation.

My wife Lisa and I live in Tucson Arizona.  We are active in our church community and in our spare time we enjoy the outdoors of all of the Southwest.

Scott was born and raised in Gilbert, Arizona. He attended Jacksonville State University and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with special honors in Finance. While at Jacksonville State, Scott was a Division 1 basketball player.

Scott joined UBS in 2004 after working in the Internal Audit Department of CSK Auto Inc and AG Edwards. Scott earned the Wealth Advisor designation from UBS in 2007 as well as being awarded the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation. He also was named of the Forbes' Top Next-Gen Best In State Wealth Advisors in 2019, selected by SHOOK Research. Scott is committed to delivering professional investment management and building personalized relationships with his clients.

Outside the office, Scott lives in Gilbert with his wife and three children. He enjoys coaching baseball and basketball and giving back to his community.

Marnie started in the financial industry in 1997 in Denver, Colorado. In 2005 she moved back to her hometown of Tucson, Arizona where she has gained vast experience in multiple different roles within the industry from various firms as a New Accounts Clerk, Senior Registered Client Service Associate, Administrative Manager, & Senior Wealth Strategy Associate. She is Series 7 and 66 licensed.​

Marnie has a son named Ryan. She has loved watching him play football since he was 8 years old. She is very active with his high school team Booster Club. In addition, she enjoys volunteering in her local community for the Boys & Girls Club of Southern Arizona & Cards for Kids.​
