Solomon Charitable Foundation, previously served on the board of trustees of Project Morry, and he supports various other charities and causes. Having played football and soccer for many years, Steven is an avid sports fan. Leonard continues his long term career as a Financial Advisor having started in the business the same year JFK became President, 1960. Over his 60 plus years in the industry, his roles have included Assistant Branch Manager and is currently Senior Vice President working with his son, Steven, and the Hudson River Wealth Management team at UBS Financial. Leonard's long tenure in the industry has given him the insight and experience necessary to help clients manage through various market cycles.
Leonard attended Lehigh University and graduated with an accounting major. He is also is a veteran of the U.S. army having served as a Second Lieutenant. Leonard is happily married to his wife Carole, having a recent 50th anniversary, and is the proud grandfather of two beautiful granddaughters, Jamie and Samantha. In his leisure time Leonard likes to golf and is an avid bridge player.
Roger Matles is a Senior Vice President-Wealth Management with UBS Financial Services, Inc. in the Purchase, NY office. Roger has more than 40 years of experience working with individuals and families through multiple generations to help them navigate the financial markets and achieve their long-term financial goals and objectives.
Roger takes a holistic wealth management approach with each of his clients, investing the time it takes to understand their personal financial goals and offer the best possible advice and solutions aligned with achieving those goals. Roger resides in Rye Brook, NY with his wife Nancy and is the proud father of Melissa Matles and grandfather of two girls. Roger is an avid pickle ball player, exercise nut (spinning, swimming, etc.), and actively participates in many fund raisers (primarily benefiting the American Cancer Society and American Heart Association) centered around his other love (other than his family) of sports cars.

experience in public service and business. He has strong relationships with stakeholders in finance, government, major non-profit institutions, family offices, real estate leaders and organized labor.
Eric joined UBS as a Managing Director – Wealth Management, having most recently served as a Managing Director and Senior Banker at J.P. Morgan Chase. At UBS, Eric will continue to advise CEOs, founders, and ultra high net worth families and organizations in New York, just as he has since 2010. Eric and his team are responsible for all aspects of the client relationship, including strategic advice, investments, banking, risk management and succession planning strategies.
Before becoming an important member of the NYC business community, Eric was elected to serve in the New York City Council, representing Queens from 2002-2009. As a Councilman, he chaired the Committee on Oversight & Investigations, conducting more than 50 inquiries that helped the passage of important laws and increasing government accountability. Prior to his service as a Councilman, Eric served in the White House as a law clerk to the Deputy White House Counsel and practiced law at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy.
Apart from UBS, Eric is an adjunct professor at the NYU College of Arts and Sciences and CUNY’s Macauley Honors College. For ten years, he has taught seminars on public policy and the future of New York. He previously served on the boards of MoMA PSI, the Museum of the Moving Image and Chess in the Schools. Now, he serves as a trustee of the Marymount School of NY and on the board of the Queens Library Foundation.
Eric is a graduate of NYU and Georgetown University Law Center. He lives with his wife, Lisa Hernandez Gioia, and their four children in New York City. Eric is an avid marathoner and has embarked on a quest to run a marathon on all seven continents.
Orly has served her clients as a private banker since 2010. She takes pride in forming close relationships with her clients, enabling her to develop a deep understanding of their financial needs and desires. This allows her to work with her clients in order to develop a strategy for the present as well as the future.
Orly advises business owners and entrepreneurs, corporate executives, families, endowments and philanthropic organizations. She utilizes her relationships and experience to counsel clients on customized investment portfolios, credit and liquidity needs, trust and estate planning, and cash management solutions.

Izabella entered the financial services industry thirteen years ago at the retail level and has since been with UBS for the past eight years. Upon joining UBS, she has worked as a Senior Registered Client Service Associate and currently holds the title of Wealth Strategy Associate. In her current role, she assists clients in helping them to achieve their financial goals at various stages of their lives. In addition to troubleshooting clients' concerns, Izabella defines her role as one of relationship-building.
Izabella's licenses include Series 7, 66, health, life, long-term care, and annuity. She received her B.A. from Albertus Magnus College in Sociology. She currently resides in Southern Connecticut. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, exploring nature, spending time with friends, family, and her beloved morkies.

She gained banking and financial service experience having worked for Citigroup and KeyBank over the last 30 Years. She enjoys interacting with clients and problem solving. Peggy lives locally, in Valhalla, with her husband Alex and is the proud mother of two adult children Nicholas and Stephanie.
Elena returns to UBS and joins the Hudson River Wealth Management team after taking time off to raise a family. She brings to the team her overall understanding of the financial industry, as well as deep commitment to client service. Her previous experience includes banking operations, management and Prime Brokerage client service roles within UBS Investment Bank. She holds a bachelor's degree in International Business Management from Hamline University and is a CFA Candidate, having passed level 1.
