With more than 50 years experience in the securities business, Tom rejoined UBS in 2006 as a Senior Vice President-Wealth Management and as a UBS Institutional Consultant and a Senior Portfolio Manager, having been employed as the manager of UBS’ predecessor firm, Paine Webber, in Cleveland for close to 20 years. He received his CIMC® designation in 1989, and was employed by Smith Barney as a Consulting Group Director providing investment advice to 401(k) organizations, pension plans, non-profits and high net worth individuals. Tom is a graduate of Cornell University.

Brian offers more than 35 years of experience in managing retirement plans; he joined UBS in 2006. Brian specializes in consulting on retirement plans for businesses and non-profit organizations. His approach is to focus on both the plan sponsor and its participants. Brian provides extensive assistance on developing investment policy statements, investment funds and vendor search and selection, and performance monitoring. For participants, he serves as a partner who provides guidance to secure their financial futures. Brian is a Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist (CRPS®). Brian is a graduate of Bowling Green University.

Pat joined UBS and the Holland Wealth Management Team in 2016. He began his career in the insurance industry after graduating from Ashland University in 2007 with a BSBA in Finance and a minor in Entrepreneurial Studies. He spent time gaining experience in commercial underwriting, personal and commercial policy sales as well as life and health care. He changed his career path in 2014 when he joined a regional investment firm while living in Colorado as a Registered Investment Advisor and Fiduciary.

He is Series 7, 63 and 65 securities licensed and maintains his life, health and annuities licenses. Pat Specializes in retail client relations, execution of strategic investment practice in our managed platforms and financial planning.

Outside of the office Pat is a board member of the Huron yacht club. He and his wife Liz reside in Huron Ohio and spend their free time boating during the summer.

Taylor joined UBS in 2019 as an Associate in the Wealth Planning Development Program, earning his AWMA® designation that same year. Since becoming a Financial Advisor in 2022, he has specialized in financial planning and investment management, helping clients navigate their financial futures with confidence.

Taylor has worked on hundreds of unique financial plans, tailoring strategies to help families achieve their financial goals. He takes pride in delivering personalized solutions that align with each client’s needs and aspirations.

He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a B.S. in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management. He holds Series 7 and 66 licenses, as well as an Ohio Life, Accident, and Health License.

Taylor currently lives in Lakewood and enjoys playing hockey, golfing, and working out in his free time.

Jill joined UBS in 2006. She began her career in 1994 working in the operations department at Smith Barney. In 1997 she became a licensed Sales Assistant. She joined the The Holland Wealth Management team in 1998 and is an integral part of the team, responsible for managing all team operations, client requests and account administration. She is committed to building lasting relationships with each client and takes pride in responding to client requests and working with the team to address their needs, no matter how small or complex. Jill also assists in delivering customized service and solutions, always striving to exceed clients’ expectations.

She is Series 7, 63 and 66 licensed and holds the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional designation. She currently resides in Middleburg Hts Ohio with her boyfriend and 3 children. She is an avid sports fan and enjoys spending as much time as she can with her family.
