Kevin began his career in the financial services industry in 1987 with locally based Gradison Financial Services. He has focused on guiding high net worth individuals toward their investment, retirement and estate planning goals. He also works with businesses in the management of their retirement plans and has significant mutual fund analysis experience. Kevin earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Cincinnati and received an M.B.A. in finance from Xavier University in Cincinnati. Kevin continued to enhance his professional knowledge by earning his Series 7, 63 and 65 securities licenses as well as life, accident and health insurance, and variable annuity licenses. Outside of work, Kevin continues to support the Make-A-Wish Foundation after previously spending nine years on the organization’s board of directors for the Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana chapter. Kevin and his wife, Debbie, reside in Loveland, OH, and are the parents of three grown children and seven grandchildren.

Burke began his career in 2003 with Fifth Third Bank before joining Gradison in 2006. His current area of focus is guiding high net worth individuals, families, professionals and retirees toward developing integrated wealth management portfolios using sophisticated financial planning tools. Burke obtained a bachelor of science degree from Spring Hill College in Alabama and a master’s degree from Xavier University in Cincinnati. He also earned his Series 6, 7, 63 and 65 securities licenses as well as life, accident and health insurance, and variable annuity licenses. Outside of work, Burke serves on the Endowment Committee of the Starfire Council of Greater Cincinnati. He is also a board member of Breakthrough T1D formerly JDRF. Burke and his wife, Kelli, live in Terrace Park, OH, with their four children.

Bryan grew up in Cincinnati and is a magna cum laude graduate from Wofford College in Spartanburg, SC. He began his career in the financial services industry in 2000 with Morgan Stanley in Athens, GA. After his wife, Dr. Ingrid Shick, graduated in 2002 from the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine, they moved to the Greater Cincinnati area and Bryan began working with his father, Dan Shick, at Gradison. Bryan and his teammates transitioned to UBS in 2007 after Gradison was acquired by UBS. Bryan’s areas of focus are financial planning, portfolio management, asset allocation strategies, mutual fund analysis and insurance services. He maintains his Series 7, 31 and 66 securities licenses, as well as his insurance licenses, which enable him to offer clients life insurance, long-term care insurance and annuities. Bryan is a board member of the Brain Donor Project, an organization founded in memory of former Gradison President, Gene Armentrout. Bryan and Ingrid live in Fort Thomas, KY. They have a daughter, Cecilia, and son, Hank. Ingrid is a veterinarian dedicated to offering spay and neuter surgeries to cats at Ohio Alleycat Resource and United Coalition for Animals.

Christina began her career in financial services at UBS in February 2014. As a financial advisor, she works closely with individuals and families to understand their unique situations and needs, then creates a plan to help reach their lifelong goals using tools like cash-flow analysis, investment management, retirement savings, lending and more. She is Secretary for the Board of Found Village and an active member of the Junior League of Cincinnati. She maintains her Series 7 and 66 securities licenses, insurance license and her Certified Financial Planner™ and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® designations. She graduated Cum Laude with a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Kentucky. Outside of work, Christina enjoys teaching fitness classes at Pure Barre Cincinnati-Oakley, traveling to new places and spending quality time with friends and family. She lives in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Cincinnati, OH with her husband, Jeff.

Kacie began her career with UBS in June 2016 after obtaining a B.S.B.A. in Economics from Xavier University. She holds her Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses. Kacie supports the team's complex operational needs and leads the onboarding and coaching process for new hires. Outside of work, Kacie enjoys the outdoors, attending FC Cincinnati and Xavier basketball games, and spending time with friends and family. She and her husband, Sean, reside in Norwood, OH.

Jen started her career in financial services in 2021 after 16 years as an office coordinator. She has bachelors degree in finance from The Ohio State University. Jen holds her Series 7 and 66 licenses. She provides the team with operational and administrative support and provides excellent service when tending to client requests. Outside of work, she enjoys watching sport events and visiting family. She resides in Morrow, OH with her husband, John, and their two sons.

Mary began her career in financial services in 2006 and has worked for asset management firms in Chicago, New York and London. She grew up in Cincinnati and graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Business Marketing from Miami University of Ohio. As a Client Associate, she provides support to the team and clients with a focus on operational excellence and high-quality service. Outside of work, Mary volunteers with Fernside Center for Grieving Children and enjoys staying active, being an aunt, and spending time with family and friends. She currently lives in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Cincinnati, OH.
