Craig Mills is a Senior Vice President–Wealth Management and one of a select group of UBS Financial Advisors who hold the prestigious Wealth Advisor designation. With deep expertise in money management, estate planning, and business sales, Craig delivers tailored financial solutions to individuals, corporations, and nonprofit organizations.
As a partner of Highline Wealth Management, Craig works closely with his team to develop and execute strategic trading plans, including those compliant with SEC Rule 10b5-1. Highline Wealth Management also offer a variety of diversification strategies for clients with concentrated stock positions. Craig is a designated Corporate Stock Benefits Consultant and provides specialized guidance on corporate stock benefit plans. Highline Wealth Management currently oversees more than $700 million in assets under management.
Craig is also deeply committed to giving back to his community. He has held board chair roles with the Dumb Friends League, Animal Assistance Foundation, and Denver Kids, and has served in leadership capacities with the Denver Children’s Foundation and Tennyson Center. Additionally, Craig and his family have volunteered in Haiti with Friends for Health in Haiti, helping to launch a sustainable agricultural initiative.
Scott Winter is a First Vice President – Wealth Management at UBS. Over the course of his career, Scott has developed a significant expertise in portfolio management, holistic family planning, and long-term estate planning.
As a member of Highline Wealth Management, Scott leads the group’s investment analysis and implementation efforts. He also is the team’s resident expert for alternative investments, including private equity, private credit, private real estate, and hedge funds. Scott is a designated Corporate Stock Benefits Consultant and provides specialized advice on corporate stock benefit plans. As a team, Highline Wealth Management oversees more than $700 million in client assets at UBS.
Outside of the office, Scott loves spending time with his wife, Mary, and his three children, Aiden, Colten, and Ruby. He has a passion for sports and routinely can be found attending various sporting events in Denver. After his baseball career came to an end in college, Scott developed a love for golf, something he shares with Mary and Colten.
Liam is the Senior Wealth Strategy Associate for Highline Wealth Management. In his role, Liam is responsible for analyzing portfolios, developing customized investment solutions for clients, and most importantly delivering exceptional service to clients.
Liam has held roles in several business areas within UBS prior to joining the team, including the firm’s Chief Investment office, Capital Markets division, and UHNW portfolio advice segment. Liam’s firm experience allows him to leverage various resources across the firm to provide the best service to clients.
Liam has his BA in Economics from College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner, obtaining his license with Northwestern University. In his free time, Liam can be found skiing, playing acoustic guitar, and travelling with his wife.
Isabelle joined Highline Wealth Management in 2022 as a Client Service Associate. She has previous experience working as an Administrative Assistant and client support in the medical field. Isabelle values building relationships with clients and helping them meet their needs. She strives to deliver excellent client service. Isabelle grew up in Western Massachusetts and moved to Colorado in 2021. She holds her Series 7 and 66 licenses.
Lexie has been on the team as a registered client associate since 2025. Before UBS, Lexie worked as a financial planning analyst and investment specialist. She graduated from the University of Arkansas with a BSBA in Marketing and decided to move to Colorado in 2022 with her Golden Retriever. Lexie's favorite part of working in this role is the opportunity to get to connect with clients. She got married in February of 2025 and outside of work enjoys reading, fitness, serving at her church, cooking, and all things beauty. She holds her SIE, Series 7, Series 63.
