As a founding partner of Highbridge Wealth Management, Mark brings more than 27 years of industry experience to his practice. As a member of the team, he brings his extensive experience in financial planning, portfolio management, and corporate retirement planning tools.
Education
Mark is a graduate of The University of North Florida where he played tennis on a scholarship and obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree.

Mark's personal commitment to giving back to his community has truly differentiated his work with clients. His professional designations of CFP® and CAP® provide him with a unique ability to help them talk through and understand their charitable planning goals. Mark is the founder of a nonprofit dedicated to helping survivors of domestic violence. His charitable giving experience continues to be a trusted source of knowledge and insight for his team and to the community he serves.
Megan is a UBS Managing Director, Portfolio Manager and Private Wealth Advisor. Drawing on her in-depth financial services background, she provides clients with customized advice to help manage the many facets of their complex financial lives. A founding member of Highbridge Wealth Management, she oversees the customized equity and exchange traded fund models for clients.
With a consultative approach, Megan provides financial advice to family offices, successful professionals and families. Megan and her partners currently manage and allocate approximately $2.1 billion in capital globally.
Megan received her B.B.A. in finance from the University of Texas where she was a member of the Women’s Rowing team. She launched her career as an investment banking analyst in JPMorgan Global Investment Bank. She currently lives in Dallas with her husband, Adam, and their three daughters: Penelope, Samantha and Georgia. Megan enjoys playing tennis and is an active leader in her community.
As a founding partner of Highbridge Wealth Management, Shawn brings over 28 years of experience tending to the needs of clients through a variety of markets. He is committed to helping clients pursue their financial goals through a common-sense approach to successful investing. Shawn delivers tactical asset management, investment manager due diligence, cash-flow based planning, asset and liability management, and estate planning strategies. We are focused on our client's financial goals and objectives and communicate openly and frankly to help them make the best choices for their needs.

Shawn holds a B.B.A. from Texas A&M University in accounting and finance.

In addition to his career, Shawn is committed to making his community better whether through mentoring, coaching youth, or providing financial resources to worthy charities. He served as a member of the Board and Audit Committee for Big Brothers Big Sisters. He and his wife live in Plano, Texas, and have two adult daughters.

An industry veteran since 1984, Mark has been dedicated to helping his clients achieve their financial goals through the development of a strategic financial plan and tactical portfolio construction. Focused on sound principles of risk and reward, Mark anchors investment strategies with macroeconomic insights to provide consultative, customized advice. He is a member of UBS’s Chairman’s Council, an elite group of financial advisors recognized by the firm for excellence. In addition, Mark sees his role as much more than a Financial Advisor. He is a sounding board, a coach and advocate—all while providing dynamic asset management and wealth management advice.
Mark received his B.A. in finance from Texas A&M University and also received his M.B.A., from The University of North Texas.
Outside of UBS
Mark lives in McKinney with his wife, Geralyn, and have three married adult children and eight grandchildren. Mark is an avid early Texas art collector and served as Chairman of The Center for the Advancement and Study of Early Texas Art and Texas Art Collectors Organization. He was co-Image Editor on a book celebrating Texan female artists and currently serves as President on the Board of Directors of McKinney Education Foundation.
With over 25 years of experience at UBS, Lisa brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. She is an Investment Associate, providing a wide range of client services including client onboarding, account maintenance and trading. She understands the importance of providing exceptional client service based on integrity, reliability, and professionalism. Lisa holds the Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.
When Lisa is not working, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, attending various family sporting events and serving as a volunteer at Emily’s Place, Inc. She is also an avid reader and enjoys keeping up with current events.
Tim began his career with Merrill Lynch in 1982 before joining UBS in 1994 and is a Senior Client Associate.
He provides ongoing administrative and operational client service such as new client orientation and onboarding, account maintenance and organizing client meetings. He recognizes that exceptional client service is the backbone of our practice and enjoys working with our clients to ensure their needs are fulfilled in a seamless and organized manner.
Outside of UBS, Tim enjoys golfing, hunting and barbecuing. Tim and his wife, Lisa, have three children and five grandchildren.
