An industry veteran since 1984, Mark has been dedicated to helping his clients achieve their financial goals through the development of a strategic financial plan and tactical portfolio construction. Focused on sound principles of risk and reward, Mark anchors investment strategies with macroeconomic insights to provide consultative, customized advice. The senior member of a multigenerational team, he is a UBS Managing Director.
Additionally, as a Senior Portfolio Manager, Mark oversees several customized equity, exchange traded funds, and institutional mutual fund models.
Mark received his B.A. in finance from Texas A&M University and also received his M.B.A., from The University of North Texas.
Outside of UBS
Mark lives in McKinney with his wife, Geralyn, and have three married adult children and eight grandchildren. Mark is an avid early Texas art collector, supports a number of nonprofits and raises Texas Longhorns.
As a founding partner of Highbridge Wealth Management, Mark brings more than 27 years of industry experience to his practice. As a member of the team he brings his extensive experience in financial planning, portfolio management, and corporate retirement planning tools.

Mark is a graduate of The University of North Florida where he played tennis on a scholarship and obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree.

Mark's personal commitment to giving back to his community has truly differentiated his work with clients. His professional designations of CFP and CAP provide him with a unique ability to help them talk through and understand their charitable planning goals. Mark is the founder of a nonprofit dedicated to helping survivors of domestic violence. His charitable giving experience continues to be a trusted source of knowledge and insight for his team and to the community he serves.
As a founding partner of Highbridge Wealth Management, Shawn brings over 28 years of experience tending to the needs of clients through a variety of markets. He is committed to helping clients pursue their financial goals through a common sense approach to successful investing. Shawn delivers tactical asset management, investment manager due diligence, cash-flow based planning, asset and liability management, and estate planning strategies. We are focused on our client's financial goals and objectives and communicate openly and frankly to help them make the best choices for their needs.

Shawn holds a B.B.A. from Texas A&M University in accounting and finance.

In addition to his career, Shawn is committed to making his community better whether through mentoring, coaching youth, or providing financial resources to worthy charities. He served as a member of the Board and Audit Committee for Big Brothers Big Sisters. He and his wife live in Plano, Texas, with their two daughters.
With a consultative approach, Megan provides investment planning and comprehensive wealth management services to professionals and families. She is a founding member of Highbridge Wealth Management, a seven-member multi-generational team. Megan and her partners currently customize advice and solutions to manage and allocate approximately $1.6 billion in capital globally.
Prior to joining UBS, Megan spent over ten years on Wall Street. She launched her career as an investment banker in J.P. Morgan’s global investment bank. Later, she led Investor Relations for a publicly traded financial services company. With a background steeped in diverse markets across multiple asset classes, she recognizes the importance of capital preservation and downside risk reduction.
Megan earned her Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin where she was a member of the Women’s Rowing team.

Megan and her husband, Adam, live in Dallas with their daughters.
With more than 25+ years of experience in the financial services industry, Lisa brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. She began her career at Merrill Lynch and joined UBS in 1999. Lisa holds the Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.
Lisa manages Highbridge Wealth Management's team office operations, account administration, and provides a range of client relation services. She works in partnership with the clients to define their future and long-term goals, and seeks to understand the client's needs and to maintain relationships. Lisa understands the importance of providing exceptional client service based on integrity, reliability, and professionalism.
When Lisa is not working she enjoys spending time with friends and family, attending various family sporting events and serving as a volunteer at Emily’s Place, Inc. She is also an avid reader and enjoys keeping up with current events.
Having joined UBS in 1994, Tim has more than 35+ years of experience in the financial services industry. He began his career with Merrill Lynch in 1982 before joining UBS in 1994.
Tim is responsible for Highbridge Wealth Management's handling of any administrative questions or support procedures necessary for our clients and is dedicated to providing world-class service. He focuses on the client's non-investment related requests and services adding value to the client' experience.
Outside of UBS, Tim enjoys golfing, hunting and barbecuing. Tim and his wife, Lisa, have three children and five grandchildren.
Grace Ku joins Highbridge after 11 years with J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, where as a Senior Client Associate, she worked hand in hand with clients in the execution of their financial planning goals. Prior to J.P. Morgan, Grace held client servicing roles with Stifel, Nicolaus & Company in its Silicon Valley office. She began her career in financial services at A.G. Edwards. For our clients, Grace will be a resource in providing curated solutions to any servicing request or inquiries.
Born and raised in Saratoga, California, Grace graduated from the University of California, Davis. Grace currently resides in Plano, Texas, with her husband and 2 daughters. She speaks English, Spanish, Mandarin Chinese, and Korean.
